Too bad we don’t get New Year’s wish list. If we did, I know 3 things I would want on my list:
1. Sec. Pompeo @SecPompeo in charge of Senate on 1/6/21 after Pence @VP is arrested.
2. @GenFlynn to be appointed as Vice-President by @realDonaldTrump.
3. 4 more Trump years!

Well, fair to say that what the writers of the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights and subsequent amendments say is also important.
And that is on January 6, Congress will convene to count electoral votes as submitted by states, hear and rule on objections, etc.
It’s going to happen. It will not be stopped. Not by martial law, as some have coyly suggested, and not by a large scale turnout of support in Washington, D.C.

My hope would be that those advocating to defend fraud in elections as “essential”... would be held accountable for that error.

First, treason and sedition are/have been happening and thanks to Trump's inhuman ability to withstand the coup d’etat, good people are now aware of the precipice the Republic teeters over.
Second, if you read my comments on this thread, I take Lin Wood seriously. That doesn't mean I take him literally (although one can make a case that SOMEONE in the highest position in the U.S. government has committed treasonous and seditious acts, in fact an entire army of elected and unelected actors.)
Finally, since there will be no Republic or Constitution if Biden is seated, Lin Wood is screaming to hungover, distracted Americans: “WAKE UP BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!” Isn't that what football fans call a “Hail Mary pass”?

It’s going to happen. It’s not going to be stopped. The President knows his role as a President and as an American. He can’t order it stopped, nor will he.

Consider what a great gift it would be for the Ds if Pence is arrested on 1/5/21. He won't be able to do his duty on 1/6/21. Biden becomes the ruler!

My understanding includes having used it as a text in instruction, but my experience is a bit more practical and less “Ivory tower” theoretical.
So, if he’s read it, it’s pretty clear he either “doesn’t understand” what he’s read, at all, to use in practice, or...
One should modify that perception only in the degree he has made it CLEAR, that it is his purpose here to advocate surrender to those who should not... and never will.
What does Sun Tzu say about that ?
What is the value of persons within your own ranks advocating surrender to the enemy ?
In relevant context... not physical war... the question is one not different in moral value.
WHY is it essential that we accept fraud in elections, and surrender control to those advocating for that ?
How is it BETTER for the nation... than having legitimacy ?
Advocating that we should abandon the moral foundation the Constitution creates... is not “defending the Constitution”.
That advocacy of surrender to fundamental immorality... speaks for itself.
