(Postable under multiple categories) The White House quietly issued updated guidance on vaccine mandates for federal contractors. Under the new guidance, contractors and employees do not need to be immediately fired or placed in a leave status. Instead, there’s an undefined timeline for education and accommodation to prevent any firing. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has yet to release their rules requiring businesses with more than 100 employees to vaccinate, test weekly, or face fines. (FO)
OBSERVATION - biden blinked? Reality that the loss of at least 5% of its defense workforce would be crippling.
Military branches have expulsions / negative actions against non-jabbed service members put on hold by courts. Many reports that commanders have form letters uniformly rejecting religious exemptions requests. Estimated tens of thousands of our military could be put on the street if this latest purge is allowed to continue.
OBSERVATION - Lawfare continues vigorously not only about military mandates, but civilian as well. So far ruling have gone both ways, with no clear trends from the court.
OSHA has finished developing a rule that compels companies with 100+ employees to require vaccines or regular testing. It also requires employers to provide paid time to workers to get vaccinated and to recover from any side effects. The rule will go into effect in days. It has been estimated that the OSHA mandate will cover somewhere around 80 million American workers. It is a certainty that court challenges are prepared and ready for filing.
Concerns coming to the surface by whistleblowers about Pfizer’s covid-19 vaccine trial. Testimony casts doubts on the quality and integrity of the trial. This will likely be submerged by MSM and only found on more objective sites like FR.
The use of mRNA vaccines in pregnancy is now generally considered safe for protection against COVID-19 in countries such as New Zealand, USA, and Australia. However, the influential CDC- sponsored article by Shimabukuro et al. (2021) used to support this idea, on closer inspection, provides little assurance, particularly for those exposed in early pregnancy. The study presents falsely reassuring statistics related to the risk of spontaneous abortion in early pregnancy, since the majority of women in the calculation were exposed to the mRNA product after the outcome period was defined (20 weeks’ gestation).
In this article, we draw attention to these errors and recalculate the risk of this outcome based on the cohort that was exposed to the vaccine before 20 weeks’ gestation. Our re-analysis indicates a cumulative incidence of spontaneous abortion 7 to 8 times higher than the original authors’ results (p < 0.001) and the typical average for pregnancy loss during this time period. In light of these findings, key policy decisions have been made using unreliable and questionable data. We conclude that the claims made using these data on the safety of exposure of women in early pregnancy to mRNA-based vaccines to prevent COVID-19 are unwarranted and recommend that those policy decisions be revisited.
OBSERVATION - I reported on similar several months ago. Pregnant women were even an issue more than a year ago with warnings by the CDC - later buried.

OBSERVATION - Republican victories in Virginia and the current too close to be called Governor contest in NJ soundly sent shock waves across the progressive realm. Many see this as an initial referendum on biden. Here is what I expect to see before congress essentially shuts down to campaign for the 2022 elections.
1. Pelosi and the progressives will throw everything they have into getting their destructive tax and spending plans passed. This may involve some ‘smaller’ packages that have a greater opportunity to pass. Pundents currently forecast as many as 40-50 seats flipping back to republican in the house. This will be very similar to how they pushed 0bama’s health care plan through.
2. “Moderate” democrats will read the tea leaves and realize that at the local level the progressive / marxist agenda of the far left of their party has become toxic. They have to toe a fine line inorder not to lose the far left of their base before swinging openly to the middle for the election. OTOH, other moderates democrats like Manchin who don’t have a far left base may be emboldened to continue to oppose the progressive agenda
3. biden et al is likely to double and triple down on pushing for his legislation. Expect even more executive orders to circumvent congressional log jams.
4. Increasing pressure to jettison biden AND harris. If they are going to jettison biden, they only have a small window prior to the 2022 elections to avoid a massive leadership battle. And Harris is even less popular, let alone less competent than biden.
FINAL NOTE - Much of what swung voters to republicans were local issues made worse by biden. All politics is local, but the trend was devastating given the political capital put into these contests.
All in all, buckle up for a bumpy ride.

China’s Manufacturing Purchasing Manager Index (PMI) fell 0.4 percentage points in October to 49.2—any number below 50 represents a contraction in manufacturing production—according to official figures from the National Bureau of Statistics. The data was worse than expected with market analysts expecting a figure of 49.7. This is the second consecutive month the index has indicated a contraction, and is the lowest the index has been since the onset of the pandemic.
OBSERVATIONS - China has serious internal problems that were brewing before wuhan. Current electricity crisis and shipping logjams haven’t helped.
Observers are evaluating Xi’s failure to go to the G20 as evidence of a potential fear on his part that while he is gone he would be replaced by his enemies. See economy above along with his wuhan actions and tyrannical social dictates have not endeared him to the power players in China.

Kamala gets booted first, as Nancy Pelosi abruptly gets the NBC religion, a religious conversion she steadfastly avoided for St. Obama the Divine.
Then since it becomes obvious that Brandon lacks the mental capacity to pick a new VP, that precipitates a 25th Amendment removal.
In the absence of the president and the vice president, next in the line of succession, Madam Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi seamlessly becomes the first female president.
This will not work if they wait until after the 2022 elections...
Plausible scenario. Even with that there will be an intense dem civil war. Further they’d have to execute it before the midterms while pelosi is still speaker. That would totally destroy the control of both houses. With that the potential for internal and/or external attack during the power struggle.
Report: Palestinian terrorists finding safe haven in Venezuela,” Arutz Sheva, November 1, 2021
Last week, Israel Hayom reported that a Venezuelan hacker group by the name Team HDP broke into the country’s Directorate General of Military Counterintelligence, gaining access to information on purported Hezbollah operatives living freely in the country under the protection of President Nicolas Maduro’s socialist government.
Now, new details have emerged: According to the information stolen by Team HDP, Venezuela also hosts Palestinian terrorist cells involved in money laundering, drug dealing, and terrorist activity, among other crimes. It was also revealed that Cuba’s foreign intelligence agency plays a central role in the matter.
One of the Palestinian cells, according to the information from Venezuela’s Directorate General of Military Counterintelligence, allegedly belongs to the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, the military wing of the Fatah faction. The cell reportedly consists of at least four men identified as “doctors,” whose cover includes working for Venezuela’s national social security agency in Merida state in the country’s northwest. “Fawaz Snofar,” “Mahmoud Khalaf,” and “Muhammad Abu-Rah” are some of the names that appear on the list.
The report alleges that the Palestinian “doctor” cell is responsible for the deaths of several patients due to medical malpractice, possibly the result of their questionable medical bona fides. One of the names mentioned on the list, “Khaled Badawi,” is said to be of Pakistani origin and allegedly belongs to several Palestinian terrorist groups….
Not surprised given Iran’s support to the regime. They’ll take what ever they can get.

The big push for giving the jab to children is on with ads and news reports swarming the media. As noted in the past, the vaccine threat to children is greater than them getting hit by lightning. Last I read from CDC data, less than 1000 minors under 17 were reportedly killed by wuhan. And for those 12-17 who’ve received the jab, they were found to be 3-5 times more likely to develop heart problems. Its not about the virus, its about control.
On September 13th 2021, the four Chief Medical Officer’s (CMO’s) of the United Kingdom advised the UK Government to offer the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine to all children over the age of twelve. This was despite the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunization (JCVI) previously stating they could not support universal vaccination of children.
According to the San Francisco Chronicle:
Children ages 5 to 11 will be required to show proof of vaccination to enter certain public spaces in San Francisco — including restaurants, gyms and large events like Warriors games — now that they are eligible to get the shots, public health officials said, though the local mandate likely will not apply to them for another couple of months.
San Francisco has required everyone 12 and older to confirm they are vaccinated since August if they want to go inside many public places. It was the first major city in the United States to issue such an order.
UK has just conditionally authorized the first anti-wuhan pill. Marketed by Merick, the pill - molnupiravir - has incorporated many features also possessed by ivermectin. The conditional authorization was based on an analysis of phase-three trials that found that use of the antiviral COVID-19 pill drastically reduced hospitalization in people who were administered molnupiravir.
Swedish study indicates that wuhan jabs not only loose their effectiveness with time but after 6 months, the older men and people most at risk of Covid were more likely to catch Covid that the matched same-age unvaccinated controls they were paired with. Nine months after vaccination, the average person is still less likely to end up in hospital, but protection is trending downwards for everyone.

Malcolm Wilson, the CEO of GXO Logistics Inc. says the port logistics jam has ‘peaked’. Others in the industry are not so confident and some are indicating that they don’t see things clearing up until 2023. Inspite of brandon’s agreement for the ports to operate 24/7, real evidence is that nothing has changed.
In related, kalifornia starts to wake up. “I’m a little bit horrified that we don’t already have better systems in place,” said Sen. Susan Talamantes Eggman, D-Stockton. “You kind of visualize there’s an air traffic controller person doing the directing, but I guess everybody’s just doing their contracting on their own, which then we understand why we have what we have right now.” Kalifornia officials are looking at ways to ‘solve ‘ the port issues.
OBSERVATION - kalifornia democrats and their the laws they have passed have created the problem by essentially eliminating independent truckers and limiting the allowable semi’s allowed to operate in the state. I don’t expect anything to come from from Sacramento other than more screwed up laws and policies. Newsom signed an executive order last month, giving the state until Dec. 15 to identify potential sites to temporarily store containers to reduce congestion at ports. Does nothing about getting those containers to their destination.
Biden’s EPA will soon issue regulations requiring that all associated natural gas released in conjunction with oil production be put in pipelines for delivery to market: The Environmental Protection Agency would seek for the first time to regulate methane at existing wells nationwide, a move smaller producers fought for years. The move would place roughly a million new and existing wells under EPA methane regulation, with stricter requirements for new wells in addition to the first-time regulations for old ones.
OBSERVATION - Oil/gas producers already incorporated methane capture/control features as methane is a key component of natural gas - loss of which means loss of profits. This will only serve to bury the industry in massive red tape and fines.

Economic pundits are indicating that the Federal Reserve slowdown of its massive monthly purchases of government bonds after months of economic uncertainty stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic, are a first step toward raising its interest rate target.
San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank President Mary Daly said that while interest rates traditionally increase to keep inflation under control, we haven’t had to make a decision in an ecosystem like this (5+% inflation) in years. She is concerned that traditional responses to an untraditional economic situation may not be the correct answer. She says that rate increases in the present are not “going to open the ports and get more goods through, it won’t put more trucks in the Port of L.A. so they can unload the ships faster, but it will absolutely slow the trajectory of growth going forward, we could find ourselves then in a place where we have missed full employment.” Meanwhile, Federal Reserve Vice Chairman Randal Quarles thinks that rates should increase much sooner than the Fed anticipates. While the Fed is aiming for Q2 or Q3 of next year for a rate hike, Quarles thinks elevated inflation could press the Fed to raise rates as soon as the Spring.
OBSERVATION - Not big on economic theory, raising rates in such an uncharted economic maelstrom as has been created by wuhan shutdown and impacts could be a boon or a catastrophic disaster.

Having rolled out the mandate for 100+ companies, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) says it is “seeking comment” about whether businesses with fewer than 100 employees should be subject to the COVID-19 vaccine and testing mandate it is implementing on big businesses.
Companies with more than 100 employees have until 04 January 2022 to confirm the vaccination status of workers or provide a negative test weekly. Businesses have until 04 December 2021 to institute mask wearing mandates and paid time off to comply with the new rules.Twenty states attorneys general filed lawsuits over the federal contractor mandates and updated lawsuits are expected following the OSHA rule release.
OBSERVATION - The pushback on biden’s mandates is becoming large and law fare will be brutal. The ability of OSHA to make such mandates is questionable. Threatening civilians with the loss of lively hood for a disease with a 99.7% survival rate is a severe friction point and another fault line between red states and biden.

The volcanic eruptions on the Canary Island of La Palma have taken an interesting turn. After substantial fissure eruptions two new eruption sites have just appeared. One about a mile to the west of the original zone and now a third three miles to the north east at a location called Refugio del Pilar. This third location does raise my concerns on the stability of the landmass on the southwest flank of that island, which slid 13 feet down toward the ocean in a 1949 eruption. Clearly, now with three eruptive centers this eruption is becoming unique - especially if the two new sites become as productive as the first. It also indicates that the magma source is pumping a lot more into the island volcanic centers magma chambers than expected. Warrants further monitoring.
Notes are slim this morning, but you are all aware that things are pretty turbulent under the surface.

“The nation’s unvaccinated workers face grave danger from workplace exposure to coronavirus, and immediate action is necessary to protect them,” OSHA said.
“This is not a mandate,” Labor Secretary Marty Walsh told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer on Thursday
OBSERVATION - Orwell couldn’t have said it better . . . . .
New research published in the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) has found that Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines” are not even close to being safe for pregnant women like the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) claims they are. It turns out that miscarriages during the first trimester are as high as 91 percent in women who take the jab. The original data that was used by the federal government to authorize the jab for pregnant women in the first place clearly shows this. Based on this data, the New Zealand researchers calculated a range of 81.9 percent to 91.2 percent spontaneous abortions in women who get injected for the Fauci Flu before 20 weeks gestation.
OBSERVATION - From the start there were concerns about this - CDC and MSM successfully buried this unfortunate fact. Now in the face of increased efforts to jab children and pregnant it is important that this science comes to the forefront.
According to a presentation by Fiona Havers, who works at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and who is a member of the agency’s COVID-19 Response Team, “[D]uring the 12-month period October 2, 2020 through October 3, 2021, there were 66 COVID-19 associated deaths in children 5-11.”
OBSERVATION - The push for jabs is not about the virus - but power.

Had the Republicans stood unanimously against the bill, six Dem defections would have defeated it.
OBSERVATION - This is a ‘win’ by ‘moderate’ democrats over the progressive left of the democrat party. This may be a limited victory that will certainly guarantee the left v moderate battle to increase. Some look at this as an initial democrat response to the election results - perhaps giving moderates more back bone against “the squad”

OBSERVATION - At this stage of the IMHO deliberate damage to the US economy, this letter will be falling on deaf ears.

Officers wearing riot gear and armed with shields responded with tear gas, according to local media reports.
OBSERVATION - Pro-Iranian militia supporters in the Iraqi parliament suffered serious losses and standing in the recent elections .

Wuhan virus -
On Friday, Walensky tweeted an “Ask An Expert” video of “Why Do I Still Need to Wear a Mask?”
“The evidence is clear,” Dr. Walensky insists. “Masks can help prevent the spread of COVID-19 by reducing your chance of infection by more than 80 percent.” It doesn’t just apply to the Wuhan coronavirus though, but the flu and even the common cold. “In combination with other steps, like getting your vaccination, hand-washing, and keeping physical distance, wearing your mask is an important step you can take to keep us all healthy.”
NOTE - Its about control, not the virus.
According to Axios, Germany is reporting the highest daily number of COVID-19 infections since the pandemic began. New cases across Europe have risen 55% in the past four weeks, according to WHO director Hans Kluge, who says “We are at another critical point of pandemic resurgence.” This is causing calls that the 5th wave of the virus has started. Germany is also experiencing protest in several regions against wuhan control policies.
United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit issued a stay Saturday freezing the Biden administration’s efforts to require workers at U.S. companies with at least 100 employees be vaccinated against COVID-19 or be tested weekly, citing “grave statutory and constitutional” issues with the rule. As of last count, 25 states in addition to other private groups are suing the administration over these OSHA requirements.
OBSERVATION - First big decision of the law fare the will be raging over the next several months. This decision will almost assure that the USSC will have to address the issue.
Kalifornia gov Newscum has mysteriously dropped out of the public sight following the receipt of his booster wuhan shot. His press say he is dealing with ‘family obligation’ but scuttlebutt suggests that he is suffering from an adverse reaction from the ‘safe’ vaccine. His last public appearance happened to be his triumphant booster shot photo op. He hasn’t been seen other than on prerecorded videos and Halloween Instagram pics since then.

Globalism / Great Reset -
At this October’s, World Health Summit, Stefan Oelrich, President of Bayer’s Pharmaceuticals Division, gave a truly eye-opening speech revealing how the so-called “experts” think and quite frankly, taking his speech in the round, it’s chilling. “We are really taking that leap [to drive innovation] – us as a company, Bayer – in cell and gene therapies … ultimately the mRNA vaccines are an example for that cell and gene therapy. I always like to say: if we had surveyed two years ago in the public – ‘would you be willing to take a gene or cell therapy and inject it into your body?’ – we probably would have had a 95% refusal rate,” Oelrich said.
On another topic in his speech, family planning - he said “We also need to focus on what is socially responsible outside of Europe and ensure sustainable action there. We pledged, this past year, to give an additional hundred million women access to contraception in the world. We’ve invested 400 million this year into new plants that are dedicated to produce long-acting contraceptives for women in low-and-middle income countries … Together with Bill and Melinda Gates we’re working very closely on family planning initiatives.”
OBSERVATION - They continue to speak openly about their desires, plans and goals. With the apparent success of controlling the masses under the wuhan ‘epidemic’, the globalists seem emboldened to accelerate their plans.

Invasion of Illegals -
Migrants who came into the country illegally may be able to secure a five-year parole under a provision in Biden’s Build Back Better Act. The provision, Section 60001, allows the Department of Homeland Security to grant certain immigrants the possibility of parole if they fill out an application, pay an administrative fee, and complete background and security checks.
More than 70 flights transporting migrants from the southern border to Jacksonville have landed in the dark of night in recent months as the Biden administration struggles to empty overflowing border facilities, the office of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said.
It is the first time the state of Florida has disclosed the number of confirmed flights arriving in the state since the summer.
OBSERVATION - This is a continuation of the biden policy to secretly disperse the thousands of illegals across the nation where they cannot be tracked or held accountable.

Biden watch -
Biden bizarrely yelled at a reporter when confronted about offering cash payments to illegal immigrants for breaking the law.
On Wednesday, Biden said plans to give cash payments to illegal immigrants were “not true” and “garbage.” The NEXT DAY, Biden’s spokeswoman and his DHS Secretary confirmed the plans.
OBSERVATION - More evidence of mental instability - seen on an increasing basis.

Reopening the Chinese border appears to have staved off fears of a severe famine in NK.

Iran -
Iran is trying to organize a Shia militia in Syria like Hezbollah in Lebanon. The recruiting effort is disappointing because few Syrian Shia want to have anything to do with Syrian Hezbollah, Iran or serving in any military force. The Syrian Shia have been fighting for a decade and have made it clear that they want no more of it for a while, perhaps a long while.
OBSERVATION - The civil war in Syria is entering a new phase and Iranian influence that was strong in the early stages has waned. These milita recruits are tired of being pawns for Iran’s greater scheme of regional control and power influence, with the high casualties over the years.

Iraq -
Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi escaped an assassination attempt on Sunday after an explosive-laden drone targeted his residence, the country’s military said. Al-Kadhimi was returning from overseeing security forces engaged in a stand-off with protesters at the southern gate of the Green Zone, the heavily fortified area of Baghdad where the the Prime Minister’s residence and other government and diplomatic buildings are located, around the time of the drone attack. Al-Kadhimi says he is “fine” and calls for “calm and restraint” after the attack. Initial evidence that a quad copter type drone used, using a munition configuration commonly employed by pro-iranian forces. Some allegations that three were used, only one got through as the others were ‘shot down’.
Throwing gas on the fire in a speech by Khaz’ali, commander of an Iranian-backed militia responsible for multiple war crimes & assassinating peaceful activists, blamed PM Kazimi for the death of 2 rioters & election fraud, vowing revenge. He also implicitly questioned Kazimi’s sectarian loyalty.
Muqtada Al-Sader called the Iraqi Prime minster to check on him and show full support against “ the Terrorist attack”, Al-Sader told PM he is fully with the rule of the state and it’s institutions
OBSERVATION - This is the most serious attack on the Iraqi govt of recent. This past week pro-iron militia supporters have been protesting/rioting about the recent elections that took them out of power. Sader (Sadr) controls a large iraqi militia network that has been anti iranian. Risk of serious civil conflict has just increased a couple notches. An attack on the head of state is something that cannot be left unanswered.

Lebanon -
Hezbollah in Lebanon finds itself with less local support and growing threats of another civil war if Hezbollah does not disband and abandon efforts to intimidate and control the national government. The Lebanese govt is reluctant to push back too hard, fearing resumption of the destructive civil war on top of a crashed economy.

Belarus -
The Lithuanian government has begun constructing a steel border wall along its frontier with Belarus in order to stem the flow of illegal migrants. Last week, Polish lawmakers agreed to fund their own border wall on their frontier with Belarus as well, granting €348 million (£298 million/$402 million) for its construction. The barrier is set to cover 250 miles.
OBSERVATION - Belarus , as a proxy force for Russia/Putin, is serving to destabilize the region with illegal islamic migrants. Backed by Russia, it has also gotten more aggressive militarily and with recent agreements with Russia, may even see Russian bases from which Putin could threaten eastern europe and the baltic.
