The citizens of Portland voted in the communists and got exactly the result they voted for. They were so far gone drinking the communist kool-aid that they refused to believe there votes could or would cause this outcome.
Truth and fact prove otherwise.
Two comments.
Portland brought this death and destruction on themselves and they can blame no one else nor should they look to anyone else to clean up or pay for the situation they created.
Portland got the exact government, policies, and unrest that they deserved. They chose it therefore they deserve what their choices created.
Portland residents just re-elected the Mayor who oversaw all the riots, to a new term. You bet they are stuck on stupid.
Like someone said upstream, let it burn. Maybe the Rat voters will buy a clue. Nah. Never. They aren’t capable of learning.

Elections in OR have been corrupt for decades. Demsheviks run them so it’s hopeless until people are arrested. That’s why many formerly red states turned blue.
Downtown Portland was actually relatively safe and very pleasant when I was growing up...family used to visit every Thanksgiving...Macy’s and others set up wonderful Christmas displays in windows and inside. Toy departments were unbelievable for an 8 year old!

Hard to fathom, but his opponent was even worse than he: a pro-Antifa leftist woman who wore a skirt emblazoned with photos of Che and Mao.
Unfortunately, the only way to put a lid on this madness will be to let a couple of cities descend into complete chaos and let the rest of the world behold the spectacle. Portland is aching for it, so let’s get it over with now.
Suddenly, his Antifa "catch and release" policy would vanish. There is a solution, but it starts at the top.
Antifa/BLM has the illusion that Socialism makes criminal behavior impossible.
