Trump Hater extraordinaire Fox News’ Chris Wallace came to the defense of ‘Dr. Jill' Biden on his Sunday morning political gossip program. The First Lady-in-waiting was criticized for joining ‘Dr. Phil' and ‘Dr. Laura' in using the title doctor.
During a conversation with Jen Psaki, the former Obama administration Minister of Propaganda and Biden administration press secretary designee, Wallace said, “There has been some criticism recently from conservatives, including some conservatives on Fox News, about the fact that First Lady-to-be Jill Biden goes by the title doctor. What is the Bidens’ reaction to that, especially given the fact that so many people over the years — I think of Dr. Henry Kissinger, the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King — have gone by the title doctor, even though they’re not medical doctors and nobody seems to have made a fuss about that?”
The sophisticated and brilliant Jen Psaki responded, “That’s exactly right, Chris. It’s a bit perplexing to me and I’m sure to millions of Americans, with millions out of work, would anyone wake up in the morning and decide that the focus they need to have, the way they contribute to society that day is to question whether or not Dr. Jill Biden, someone who is still teaching, who has a PhD in education, should be called a doctor or not.”

Dan Bongino discussed this “controversy” today, and it was kind of funny how they referred to Dr. Ben Carson, arguably one of the greatest neurosurgeons who has ever lived as “Dr” only 8% o fthe time, but refer to Jill Biden as “Dr” about 15% of the time.

An education degree is just about the easiest degree one can get.
My opinion is that is the 2nd easiest degree based on my time in college. The EASIEST degree is journalism, aka Chris Wallace. Not much difference, I know.

Doctorates in education are the worst possible advanced degree. Those people create all the educational fads that are responsible for ruining education. My sister has been teaching match for a long time and is in the receiving end of the fads dreamed up in academia, none of which work.

Did you read it? It’s written at a (at best) high school freshman level. There is zero original research in it. None.
The University of Missouri has an outstanding journalism school. It is highly respected across the country.
BUT, when I was going to Mizzou 1969-1973, we laughed mercilessly at the J-School majors. It was widely recognized even then as the place to be if you couldn’t hack it in any other department. Even then!

Same thing at the same time at Wayne State University in Deetroit. I was in pre-med. All the journalism majors I knew laid around the student union making out and smoking weed. The education majors sat around the tables making out and drinking coffee and they had the better looking females ;-)
