I agree with this statement. Same for me. A rather accomplished Electrical/Computer engineer. There is so much wonderful knowledge out there we mere humans cannot conquer it and should have the humility to admit we cannot. Be thankful for what we can understand and use.

Comment.... The bottom two line items on the list really twist your brain from about the Junior year forward when you're buried under the weight of the math. On the college campus, these are the folks walking in a daze with integrals floating in their mind.

I've left off computer science because I can't quite figger out how are to rank it. Best guess is with the biological sciences level but this is up for discussion. As a point of reference for me, in my two senior process design classes, each class individually was using several times the mainframe CPU time as the entire computer science department. The only thing useful to us was a few lines of code that increased the priority of our personally written programs for CPU time. In of the code lines was a generic allocation for time priority. The second line of code used the pirated ID authorization of one of the engineering profs.

Jill's ex-husband says Joe and Jill met during the campaign, rather than after his wife died. It's possible, but the version you heard is a little fishy.

One, Biden's first campaign was a family thing, at least to hear him tell it, and I doubt he could fit in an affair with family and staffers all around (it's different after a politician gets elected).

Two, the thought that Joe's first wife had deliberately driven into traffic because of Jill would likely have torn Joe and Jill apart. Given all that Biden has said over the years about his first wife, it's hard to think that he could stand to look at Jill if the story had been true.

Three, Biden did date other women between his wife's death and the time when he and Jill became an item. Five years is quite a while to be carrying on and stringing her along and keeping it all under cover.

Back when colleges were institutions of higher learning and didnt have to spend the first 2 years catching students up to the high school level, just about any disapline was a challenge..even many education courses. ..at least they were at the better, more selective universities.

Joe was driving a Corvette a man worked for, and Jill claimed she was driving.

That sounds like Biden and it has parallels with his career: No accountability and living off of other people.

This is not about being condescending. It’s about restoring balance to a world in which charlatans want to be placed on a pedestal (i.e. be called “doctor”) without earning the right to be addressed as such. I’ve never called a PhD a doctor. An EdD is a little lower down the food chain. You know how they say Democrats are more educated than Republicans? A good chunk of these relate to teachers bumping up their salaries by accumulating worthless diploma mill type credentials like Mrs. Biden’s, thanks to pay policies that reward this endeavor. Require them to acquire real advanced degrees (i.e. even in English or Classical Literature) from accredited schools and watch the number of teachers doing this decrease significantly.

Joe Biden crafted a lie (presumably for more political sympathy) that the trucker was drunk.

Biteme told this lie everywhere he went for the past 45 years.....

The Trucker’s family have continually tried to combat this lie publically...

Some of us got our doctorates in *law* and then passed the CA bar on the first attempt.

We were *not* the dumb kids.

I had to work full time as well. Good times.

It was actually quite weird. For the first time, I looked around at my fellow students and realized that I wasn’t smart anymore. *Everyone* in the room is super smart. It took awhile to find my sea legs.

Once I heard that DOCTOR Jill Biden’s PhD was in freakin education, it became time to ridicule her mercilessly.

It is not possible to compare what it takes to earn a JD with a fluff degree.

This is reminiscent of DOCTOR Ben Rhodes.

I don’t use the doctor title, it’s pretentious. I may with the next book but, only with my first name, ie, “Dr Jazminerose”.

Even my master’s is better than hers. No doubt hers is an MA. Mine is an MSc (psych).

And yet. I don’t wave these things around like tattered boas.

I didn't say anything about the accident.

I just said that it was unlikely that Joe and Jill were having an affair while his wife was still alive.

Why jump from the fact that the trucker wasn't drunk to assuming that Joe and Jill were having an affair and Neilia ran into the truck on purpose?

With three kids in the car?

If it had been intentional, there could have been other reasons behind it.

But also, accidents do happen.

My Masters thesis was throughly reviewed by my committee and I had to defend my thesis in oral presentation before my committee and complete a comprehensive written exam. My wife’s PhD thesis was several hundred pages and she spent most of a year working with her committee and undergoing rewrites too numerous to mention. The literature search alone was many times the length of Jill Biden’s puff piece.

The awarding of a “doctoral” degree for this drivel is an indictment of her committee and the university that granted this degree.
