Couple of hops through multiple offshore VPNs (each a different country that doesn’t get along with the others) would create a bunch of latency and be a lousy browsing experience, but could dissuade all but the most persistent tracing. Not that I do that but if somebody was going to do some nefarious deeds that would be a place to start. Just sayin...
