We are drawing an incorrect and draconian conclusion r.e. SCOTUS. For one, SCOTUS alone does not define the Repulic. Moreover, it is by design given limits recognized both within and without its domain. No harm in applying ourselves with cases that may redound to a swift remedy, but overall the TX suit was like an end run. The frontal assoukt is eksewhere, and the Republic is far from vanquished.
