Yes. That does not mean cases where this is violated are swiftly brought before SCOTUS. There are many cases percolating both civil and criminal, and they will find their way toward the best remedy. This is far from over. Bear in mind as well, the option of more immediate means available to address treason and sedition. If POTUS has plans in play along those lines, then I would prefer they remain out of citizen purview until they are executed.
