No it is not obvious. From what I have read there is plenty of evidence to prove election fraud. Even if does not swing the election which there might be a enough to swing the election if all added up. A lot of the cases were rejected for lacks standing not merits.

Your point above in bold is why this must go to trial. The American people need to know. Let it be heard!

The American people are convince there was election fraud. The American People are "We The People". Without the trust of the We the People the constitution can not stand.

If "We the People" does not have faith in the election process, this must go to trial.

If the evidence is false, insufficient or true they need to have a public court trial to prove it is false or true. Only then the Constitution will stand and the Nation survives.

Can you name one case where the Trump campaign asserted a claim based on fraud and the court dismissed it without hearing evidence? I’ve looked, and I can’t find one.
