How would Hannity stay in business? After all, each night he opens with wild claims of new “bomb shell” information/proof and then. . . .nothing.
They aid the sedition by not doing their job. This way they sidestep their judicial responsibility while putting a legal facade on it (i.e., by simply dismissing the case).
They’re there to protect the system, not us. The system is irreversibly corrupt from top to bottom.
Elsewhere a certain FReeper brought up the technical definition of evidence, namely that it not evidence until it is admitted in a court of law. Most people do not operate with that definition. Understandably so.
The most potent legal remedy in regard to the 2020 election debacle begins at the county level. The nature and extent of the fraud is such, however, that we are throwing everything at it at every level.
Given the juggernaut nature of civil and criminal justice, the legal remedies will take more time than the inauguration date allows.
For the sake of the Republic it would be prudent to postpone the inauguration until this election can be sorted out properly. Part of this is due to the extraordinary measures adopted as a result of COVID-19, and part of this is due to foreign and domestic enemies intent on destrying the Republic. Some may view those as concurrent or synonymous.
Maybe I’m too optimistic but I believe Trump wants to build public support that fraud did occur in this presidential election before he considers declaring martial law. He tried to go by the courts but now Trump can say that in one case, the Supreme Court denied Texas the chance to present oral arguments. I am disappointed that executive order 13848 hasn’t shown any public evidence of foreign interference in the elections and fraud yet. Hopefully that report will come out soon.
That may hold true for military service men and women, but not civil servants.
No. What is happening is that the Courts refuse even to look at the evidence that has been presented.
No. They don’t hate Trump that much. They simply prefer Biden because that will make much easier to steal more money. Biden has shown them how. By colluding with China.
The date for the inauguration, who can suspend that and reset it?
I actually hope you’re right, and I’ll be very happy to acknowledge it if that’s the case.
Powerful forces are aligned against him, especially within his own party. He may desperately want to invoke the EO but just not sure he can overcome the resistance. He also has to consider the long term effects of all this on his family and business. No small considerations there.
He’s in an excruciatingly difficult position. I’m sure he’s not getting much sleep these days. Come to think of it, the Founding Fathers probably did as well since they too had a lot to lose. ;)

I guess that means that WE THE PEOPLE will be the only ones that can draw attention to the world.
