Russell Ramsland: "I think there will be huge evidence coming forward in the next couple of days that will drastically change the playing field. The question is will anyone report on it." at minute 6:00 in the video link.
Ramsland: The courts aren't going to help us. All the case dismissals are not related to evidence. Not one court has looked at any evidence yet.
Ramsland also talks about his forensic examination of the Antrim county voting machines report.
Ramsland responds to Dominion CEO's denial that the system can flip votes or uses fractional voting. "He needs to go back and look at his own machines and read paragraph 11.0 of his own user manual."
Ramsland: In his report the Michigan Secretary of State after asking that the whole report not be released asked that the computer logs that were part of the report be redacted. The Judge ordered the computer logs redacted form the report. Then after it is released they say there is no evidence in the report.
Mail in ballots are signed, agitprop.
Sounded like Charles Durning in The Best Little Whorehouse In Texas to me.
A whole lotta dancing around the main point of concern raised by a former state representative.
No big deal in the banana republic of Michizuela, I guess...
I don’t need to smear his name. If you read that document objectively, you’d dismiss it, too.
And that wasn’t a smear. It’s the truth. I’ve watched some of his presentation on the history of the deep state. He’s a crackpot.
I don’t see what you are referencing in Ramsland’s report, other than a statement that connection to the internet is possible through the Ethernet port, which is consistent with what Dominion has said. But what difference does it make if the machines can be connected to the internet? The machines count hand-marked paper ballots in Michigan, and those ballots were hand-counted during the audit in Antrim County, resulting in a change of 12 votes. Even if the machine can “move” votes, it cannot alter a paper ballot.
The ballot comes in a signed envelope. It is not signed itself.
You’re trying a little too hard, pack rat...
Trying what? I’ve read hundreds of expert reports filed in lawsuits in my career. I don’t need to try hard to recognize one that’s bullshit when I read it.
The only thing I’ve tried too hard to do is to give the election fraud claim a fair shake by actually reading all of the pleadings and evidence I can find. I mean the actual documents, not news reports and blog posts about them. All it has done has demonstrated (1) that there is no significant evidence of fraud sufficient to have swung a single state, let alone enough to change the election, and (2) Trump and his lawyers know this, based on how they’ve conducted the litigation.
It's not my problem if you choose to ignore the facts.
Records: Too many votes in 37% of Detroit’s precincts

And in 2020, 70% of the Wayne County precincts can't be recounted because the absentee polling books were not balanced.
the two Republicans declined to certify the results due to concerns about precincts in Detroit and suburban communities where the number of votes recorded in poll books at a precinct didn't match the number of tabulated votes at those precincts. In Detroit, 70% of absentee counting boards were not balanced. The precincts that were out of balance without explanation would be the subject of the requested audit.
The audit, of course, didn't happen - because the results would have been the same as in 2016, where the Democrats had to quietly axe Jill Stein to please stop recounting...
I’m not going out of my way to debunk anything. You came to me with bullshit, and are upset that I pointed out the bullshit.
There's nothing quite like lawyers who don't know a thing about computers and technology - unless it's a "clean" Michigan election...

So..what is the solution then?
Either we stop it now, and I mean right now or we can stand by and let it be taken from us.
I always ask people if they would stand by and watch their property be stolen. Well, we are watching our liberties being stolen from us.
The vote, an honest vote, is one of thee basic liberties within a republic.
Poulos told legislators that most Dominion machines cannot connect to the Internet. Carone said, citing a recording she made during a training, that every tabulator in the TCF Center had a modem and was connected to the Internet.
“What they would do is they would go off the Internet and then reconnect, go off and reconnect,” she said.
Yeah, I watched Poulos testi-lie before the committee, and I called BS on a couple of things he said - even without being there on the ground in Antrim.
The legislators obviously knew very little about technology, and Poulos was using that.
Even then, one of the male legislators almost tripped him up - because Poulos thought he wasn't smart...
What happens is what happens all the time (every 2 and 4 years), the party has to regroup and they come back. They learn from their mistakes and come out with a better GOTV plan, improved election laws and also policies and leadership that the majority of people can support.
I doubt that will happen.
The antiAmerican scum at Perkins Coie can probably say the same thing, but they are still enemies of the people, participating in coup attempts.
What do I need to know about computers and technology to know that the report makes numerous conclusions without supporting them, makes speculative claims, and fails to document a single instance of actual election fraud?
And what do either of those articles prove?
Which part can they say? That they can read and evaluate an expert report? I should hope so. That they tried to give the election fraud claims a fair reading? I doubt it.
That you're here trolling for outside entities...
I've been seeing a number of these types on the board lately.
You mean the evidence where they asked the Trump team about fraud and Rudy - Goldstein and every other lawyer said "we are not arguing fraud..."? That evidence?
You mean the evidence where they said "not fraud but good faith errors" - that evidence?
Because that is what has happened. They never put any evidence forward - and that is a FACT.
