And in 2020, 70% of the Wayne County precincts can't be recounted because the absentee polling books were not balanced.

the two Republicans declined to certify the results due to concerns about precincts in Detroit and suburban communities where the number of votes recorded in poll books at a precinct didn't match the number of tabulated votes at those precincts. In Detroit, 70% of absentee counting boards were not balanced. The precincts that were out of balance without explanation would be the subject of the requested audit.

The audit, of course, didn't happen - because the results would have been the same as in 2016, where the Democrats had to quietly axe Jill Stein to please stop recounting...

What do I need to know about computers and technology to know that the report makes numerous conclusions without supporting them, makes speculative claims, and fails to document a single instance of actual election fraud?

And what do either of those articles prove?
