The Supreme Court on Friday threw out a challenge to President Trump’s bid to exclude illegal aliens from being counted in determining congressional seats.
The case was led by a coalition of leftist states like New York and California who believe illegals should be given the rights of US citizens. These states also believe the rest of America should pay for their crackpot policies.

CNN reported:
The Supreme Court on Friday threw out a challenge to President Donald Trump’s bid to exclude undocumented immigrants from being counted when seats in Congress are divvied up between the states next year.
The court said the challengers, a coalition of states led by New York and immigrant rights groups, did not have the legal injury necessary to bring the case because the government has not yet announced which individuals it seeks to exclude.
The three liberal justices dissented from the opinion, and the issue is likely to return at a later date.

Wow, and they think allowing Texas to merely have their day in court to prove allegation of voter fraud and violations to the equal protection clause is “too political”? I really don’t think they have their head screwed on straight... Oh yeah, I forgot that Roberts hates Trump! Of course...
Finally some good news. The 3 LEFTISTs on the bench(notice I did not say justices) have the easiest job in the world. They dont even need to consult the Constitution.
Obama’s past carefully placed “shipments” will now begin paying electoral dividends.

What am i missing? This sounds like a victory for the Trump plan to exclude illegals from being counted for reappointment purposes. But the comments here reflect the opposite.
Please someone tell me why this is bad news. And John Roberts voted with the conservstive majority in this case. So someone please explain why this further hurts conservative opinion of John Roberts.

You need to read it again. In this case the USSC rejected a challenge to Trump’s policy of not counting illegals.

Thanks for pointing out it is a good thing. I read “throws out” as “threw down” as in they threw down a challenge to Trump.
I guess I am so conditioned to getting zero good news that I read everything as bad news.
Remember...The courts have ruled that illegals are entitled to an education through grade 12. So they are recognized.
