Sidney Powell’s case in Michigan has finally made it to the Supreme Court.
Ten days ago a far-left and biased Obama judge dismissed Sidney Powell’s case in Michigan after sitting on it for days. The judge claimed the case was “An Amalgamation of Theories, Conjecture, and Speculation”:

Anybody that really thinks that this John Roberts Court will actually do anything to stop the steal is smoking some pretty powerful stuff.
I think this breaking news has been breaking for a couple of days. And I think it’s going nowhere.

Unfortunately, things will have to get ultra bad again before they come back, and Trump will be too old to deal with it.

No. I have not heard this from a single attorney for the Trump campaign.
This has been our problem from the beginning of this fight. There is so much disinformation out there that it takes away from the large volume of easily proven and verified fraud.
It does make for some terrific clickbait material, but these stories are harming the overall case. Courts like simple and direct cases that are narrowly focused - not massive tomes with difficult to prove allegations. It is a simple fact.
There is a very simple case based on hard data and verifiable facts that the election was stolen. Those are the only cases that stand a chance of reversing the outcome. While Sidney’s case is certainly more exciting and likely has longer term ramifications, it is the least likely in my opinion to change the result because it takes a shotgun approach when the courts prefer a rifle.
Many of her allegations would require a thorough (and warranted) criminal investigation by people genuinely interested in the truth and not DC politics. That has not happened in the last 4 years and won’t happen now.
Before those who wish to bash me respond, my thoughts are those of the President’s own attorney’s at the moment. If we cannot gain traction with easily won civil cases all of the other allegations will become moot under a Biden administration.
We don’t need a sweeping global conspiracy to show election fraud and reverse the outcome. Could that have happened? Absolutely, and it should be investigated, but we need a win in one state above all else and we need to focus on the KISS principle to achieve it. The evidence is there for the non-glamorous allegations.
