Ratcliff won't sign off without ALL THE CHINA information being included. 3 groups of deep state actors within intel, old school Russia, Russia, Russia, The We see nothings and the up to date annalists who under what is happening. I suspect Pres. Trump already who know who is who and is up dated from Ratcliff.
