If she stated she is going to be VP && a Senator (effectively giving her the potential for 2 votes)....Who would stop her?

C’mon man....

"The VP IS a effectively a Senator - he’s the President of the Senate and gets to cast tie-breaking votes."

Of course. But it only happens with a tie-breaker (which is why I put the word "potential" in there).

Can Biden change his Vice now? First thing came to my mind Hillary when I read that headline. Second person was Obama’s wife.

Several reasons why she didn’t quit yet including the darn Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee hearing going on now which *she is a member of*, lol.

"She wants to be P, not VP."

And she likely would be within a year, assuming they complete the steal.
It's nearly impossible beijing basement biden could last 4 years.

Imagine . . . .

Kamel-Toe develops a moral compass.

Senator Harris declines to continue the farce.

She implicates Sleepy Joe in the election fraud.

hey, too much Cabo Wabo Anejo in anticipation of the coming snow.
Seasoned oak; dry, split & stacked. Steaks on the Grill. Sweetheart melting my heart right by my side.

It’s a good question. Only the Democrats could stop her, and would they?

It may be a simple as Kamala is not only going by what the Media says. She has been waiting for Trump to step up to the mike and concede. Only then, can she be sure that Donald Trump won’t pull another fat fluffy rabbit out of the hat of reality and somehow, someway produce a win for his second term.

It also tells me that her standing as senator must be on shaky ground too. Maybe there are quite a few Dems who want her gone as Senator, and will quickly act to fill that seat the moment Kamala gives it up. There won’t be any Mulligans.

She was nominated to be the vice president in what June? He should have had the top five picks for her replacement by sometime in July right?

So now they nominate Hillary, Biden retires with dementia, and the nation gets its second unelected POTUS?

"lots of freepers with d+ and c- in civics these days"

Indeed! Far too many people believe that our laws, and the constraints of our Constitution prevent people from usurping their power.

Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious People. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other - John Adams 1798

On Nov. 13, 2008, Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) announced he was resigning his Senate seat just nine days after his Presidential election victory on Nov. 4, 2008.

It's now 1 1/2 months since the Nov. 3, 2020 election, and Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) still can't make up her mind what to do. Think, think, think, ...
