The normal procedure for dealing with questioned elections in the Americas is for public protests after which the military may intervene and order a new election.
The U.S. Constitution states "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government."
Providing this guarantee is one of the President's most important duties. Vote-flipping machines and allowing the dead to vote which were reported in some states are not consistent with "a Republican Form of Government, "
If the election involves a political issue rather than a judicial one as SCOTUS implied then President Donald Trump should be able to handle it the way other countries deal with questioned elections order a new election.

Trump’s major hurdle isn’t proving the fraud or even dealing with the courts ... it’s with the federal and state members of his own party! How they will or will not support him (and his 75,000,000 supporters) is the big unknown ... the wild card.

This is shaping up to be a bottom-up process. From grassroots to state legislatures to federal legislatures. The first two have to generate enough broad-based momentum.

The ballot dumps were the 68% of the ballots that were “rejected” by the Dominion machines so they could be “adjudicated” from PDJT votes into Biden votes, and then uploaded into the system in large batches.
