Generally well said.
Depending on the Supreme Court to save the country is going to rip our hearts out. Thinking that a substantial amount of electors will switch is fantasy.
If Idaho doesn’t join in supporting the TX suit, it would just be par for the course. 😕 Our Gov doesn’t have the spine to take a stand or ruffle feathers, on the Covid crap, he’s charged others with making the “rules” so he’s not the bad guy. In an interview this summer, he said he’d would like to meet with his western state neighbors (ie:WA, OR, CA)
Our Lt Governor is more like Gov Noem From SD. About 180 degrees different than Gov Little.
I’m stuck in a blue state that just closed all indoor dining thru Jan 4th. (Pennsylvania)
Pa isn’t blue...just Pittsburgh and Phildelphia......where all the fraud took place.
Hypocrisy, thy name is Pelousy...
I like the county map showing highest percentage of red rather than the state map.
This is all part of the continuing mis-education of America. We are a representative republic, not a democracy. We are a nation established under the rule of law, not rule by the majority.
Counting states that are in favor of or oppose this suit is beside the point. The point is whether or not the suit has standing, given existing law. All that the state numbers reveal here is just how many of our elected officials are ignorant of our system of governance—something to bring out when they run for re-election.
“CWII is on!”
My thoughts exactly.
Did you read my whole post? I had two options of how I may have misunderstood you, and it sounded like you stopped reading after the first line.
I re-read your entire post multiple times before I responded.
The point I think you were trying to make is that people somehow thought other non-aligned states were going to join the defendant states, and it seemed so ludicrous of an idea that it didn’t even register that it was a viable understanding of your post.
Don’t make the mistake of skipping over the secession. It could and should be peaceful. Both sides want this divorce.
The repulsive Brian Frosh, AG of Maryland was actually given authority by the corrupt Maryland General Asylum to sue the Trump Administration with zero oversight.
I wasted five minutes sending the reprehensible one an email reminding him that he swore an oath to the constitution not his personal bias.
I guess he calls his bias “constitution.”
“I do not see how the States that are NOT Defendants of the lawsuit can legally insert their cases into this?
Now the Prosecutor can have other States that felt cheated join the lawsuits. The Defendant States are on their own. They can have supporters, but that is it.
Thus, I believe this is for the most part symbolic and nothing more. It will have no legal merit whatsoever.”
Article IV Sec 4 Guarantees every state a republican form of government. Losing out=r franchise because crooked SoSs of these states committed voter fraud crimes disenfranchises those of us who follow the rules and expect an honest vote and an honest election with an honest result. So your legal opinion that this lawsuit has “no merit whatsoever,” has no merit whatsoever.

Yeah, big surprise coming from him. Not!
Not civil war since foreign powers are deeply involved.
