The information CO provides on CWD is pretty sketchy.

That’s the way to do it! Great set-up! Monster Doe!
We had a very poor harvest this season, but we’ll be fine. We have Elk, Bear, Halibut (from Alaska this summer) Walleye and Northern Pike (from Northern WI this spring; couldn’t get into Canada, Eh!) and 1/4 beef; wouldn’t have any room for Venison had Beau got one. ;)

CWD is in the PA deer population, mainly in captive deer, though it has
shown up in some counties in the wild deer population. There are no cases
of transmission to humans that have been reported. If you harvest a healthy
deer, de-bone the meat and don't eat the organs, you are good. I get several
whitetails every year and eat venison more than I do beef for the last 25
years and have not had an issue.

Minnesota is getting overrun with deer. Part of the problem is the short hunting season, just a week and a half in some parts. And if the SJWs in Minnecraponus had their way, there would be no hunting season at all. “Don’t kill Bambi!“ “Hunting is toxic masculinity!”

We’ve had CWD in south eastern Indiana for 5 years or more.

Damn, what are you doing 7 miles from your car?

We’ve had it in northern Illinois, as well.

There’s a lot of them here in Connecticut. I see them all the time, especially early morning and early evening just around sunset. Still can’t believe I haven’t hit one yet.
