SCOTUS denied the injunction. Unanimously.

"... There is no functional method I can envision where the Court would attempt to place itself deeper in this controversy between January 6 and January 21 if the Congress was to certify the vote of the Electoral College which included 20 Electoral votes from Pennsylvania in favor of Joe Biden. If it issues an Order that the political branches ignore along partisan lines, the Court will be damaged as an institution ...The Court was already damaged as an institution when it upheld the ACA, and then this year by refusing to get involved with the PA election beforehand.

it was docketed ... and then removed.
higher authorities (Epstein Island II, Malta, DNC, Soros)
threatened SCOTUS which bent to its knees as
they micturated on the Constitution and the People (SSDD).

It seems to not matter.
The state of Texas has filed a suit against 4 states, Pa., Ga., Wis., and Mich. (I think) and according to a caller into Rush today, the fact that a STATE is suing OTHER STATES, it forces the Supeme Court to pick THAT one up.
Probably why Ted Cruz has stated he will argue it if need be/asked.
If nothing else, it forces the SC to actually see and hear the unconstitutional position Pa,. took in illegally over riding it's own Constitution.

Unfortunately the word “moronic” applies to some here, whose critical thinking skills and knowledge of legal proceedings ought prompt them to be silent rather than comment.

This was a poor case, filed late and it dealt with state not federal law.

They make that request without any acknowledgment of the staggering upheaval, turmoil, and acrimony it would unleash. In issuing equitable relief, this Court rightly seeks to avoid inflaming social disorder.Because SCOTUS has never reached a decision that hasnt caused staggering upheaval, turmoil, and acrimony.
In regards to inflaming social disorder, the BLM and Antifa riots did their job.

So I guess That’s that..right? No, despite what the MSM may want you to believe.
The PA case is still under consideration, just no immediate injunction.
The Texas case (much stronger) was taken up by the Supreme Court, and the state of Louisiana joined the case on the side of Texas, of course.
Lin Wood was also able to file his appeal with the Supreme Court today too.
Actually, this is the best day we've had yet.
