They are talking about state constitution, and they do have the power of the US Constitution. Many constitutional lawyers have already explained this as well as Jenna Ellis.
They chickened out, plain and simple.
Besides cheating, the most effective plank in the dem platform was getting property owners to board up their buildings a week before an election in case the dem candidate lost. The democrat governors and mayors proved they were willing to let their cities burn during an hyped up emergency the summer before an election. Brilliant and brutal, expect to see this repeated in the lead up to future elections.

Point of fact— it was the CSA who set Atlanta ablaze, and the criminal class came out and drank up booze running out of the warehouses into the dirt streets. It was not the Union Army that burned Atlanta.
So the notion you make— is completely untrue. Many, many newly freed blacks were caught up in the firestorm, and were shot down by the Union army— who, as the regular commanders assumed-— they were looting (and, they and a whole lot of criminal scum of all backgrounds mixed in with them, were). Something to think about.
I would DARE them to do so.
Maybe that’s why I’m not a politician.
