Sunday News Roundup: Barr, Sessions Hires Are Trump’s Worst Failures
DB Daily Update ^ | David Blackmon

[Note: This piece uses heavy video content.]

In a just and free society in which laws mattered, John Brennan would be in federal prison, not making Sunday morning appearances on Fox News or raking in millions from his contributor deal with MSNBC. But that’s all been lost in America over the past 25 years, aided and abetted during the Trump Administration by worthless Attorneys General Jeff Sessions and William Barr.

To exemplify just how abjectly worthless Barr and his “Special Counsel” John Durham have been, late last week Director of National Intelligence told an interviewer that he and his staff have provided “thousands” of classified Intelligence Community documents to Durham over the past several months.

I’d put Wray up there, right after Sessions, myself.

And Gina Haspel is at this point an unknown in terms of what she was up to.

Barr is apparently not on Trumps side. He came out and said no real evidence of fraud that would change the election. He was called to the WH to talk with Trump afterwards. Would love to have been a fly on the wall. I am hoping that he and Trump were setting a trap but doubting it more by the day.

Trump may fire but he couldn’t hire to (likely) save his life.

Trump never learned just how to use the levers of power during his tenure. He never hired the key people who would have cleaned out the agencies and place people who would have implemented his policies. That was his tragic flaw. Its absolutely incredible that he did not have the apparatus necessary to ensure an honest election.

Trump walks into office and the deep state, which is infested with deep stators! To expect him to make the right choice at every move is simply nuts! How about making a list of all the RIGHT things he did!

It’s absolutely incredible that he did not have the apparatus necessary to ensure an honest election.

People Trump trusted assured him (and are still assuring him) that they have it all under control. Now he has apparently been backed into a corner that only the EO/Insurrection Act can get him out of. Even if he triumphs using that tactic, he will be so widely reviled by the government/media/Deep State complex that he will likely have to resign shortly afterward, and hope a President Pence can calm the waters.

This is part of why the GOP wants to give up and wait for 2024 - the other part is that they want to hang the inevitable economic collapse on Biden, rather than having a Republican in the White House. Same reason they weren’t too upset when McCain lost to Obama - and we saw how well that worked out.

CHINA is the glue that binds the UniParty. The mission of the UniParty has been to seed advocates for the CCP throughout a multitude of Federal agencies and state and local governments since the 1990’s. By virtue of the carrot or the stick. Silver or Lead etc.

The “price” for China continuing to purchase and absorb Fed.gov debt paper over the last 30-40 years-when no one else could or would-at the yields Fed.gov expected.

unfortunately it appears We the People increasingly have only one of 2 choices-acquiesce or commence the laborious and long process of pulling the weeds.

Turning the country entirely over to Fauci and Birx for 3 months was his biggest mistake.

I loved the meme that the article started with. For those here who typically do not bother to look at the articles that the discussions supposedly are based on... here it is:

I’m not defending Sessions or Barr - but this years-long deep state coup conspiracy against a duly elected President - is WAY above the pay grade of a lowly cuckolded AG. There are 2.7 million permanent bureaucrats in the executive branch alone. 115k in the DOJ, most of them lifers. The new boss comes in and will last an average of 2 years.. do the math.

The AG reports to the President within the Executive Branch. This coup conspiracy was(is) a mutiny that transcends the co-equal branches.

Frankly, if an AG had ordered a host of indictments in 2017 - the actions would have been sabotaged and undermined - dead on arrival - worse, the indictments themselves would have been used as “proof” of President Trump’s supposed Nixonian tyranny, and would have led to an earlier impeachment - and actual removal.

The defense against the deep state always needed to come from outside DC - from We the People... and I think that is just where things are headed.

The number of pissed off Americans is now at least seventy five million and rising fast. This is the only force powerful enough to destroy the deep state - not a lowly AG.

One hundred plus million pissed off Americans and a fearless leader who inspires, and who never gives up on the people he serves - we might actually be close to making something happen.

His “tragic flaw” was that he trusted and relied upon the Republican Party.

Right. He brought in GOP insider Rience Priebus who was supposed to hire “the staff”. He took McCain’s and McConnell’s advice on who to hire, the Generals, Maddog, Kelly, et al.,he also got all those judge nominations from McConnell and others. Trump could not call down to central casting and ask for a Secretary of Defense, etc. He had to rely on someone. The problem is the bastards running the Republican party are just as selfish, treacherous and crooked as Democrats. They filled slots with THEIR friends, not people who would be loyal to Trump. In fact any Trump loyalist who got hired, was soon on the street.
