MORRIS: “My government leaders have abandoned me.”

MORRIS: “Four trillion dollars of stimulus money, and they gave it to who? Special interest groups and campaign donors. I’m Dave Morris, I own the place.”
HAYWOOD: “So what’s going on?”
MORRIS: “What’s going on? You know what’s going on.”
HAYWOOD: “Tell me. You tell me.”
MORRIS: “Hey, we got a government that has taken the stimulus money, they gave it to special campaign donors, they gave it to special interests. They abandoned me and they have put me in a position where I have to fight back, okay?”
HAYWOOD: “So do you feel that this is the right thing to do?”
MORRIS: “Absolutely. I feel everybody needs to stand up. Hey, listen. There was enough money to give every family, every family in this country $20,000 to go home for two months. They chose to give it to special interests and campaign donors, the Kennedy Space Center, and they abandoned us. You could’ve given me money, I’d plan to walk away for 60 days and let this virus settle down. I’m not going to do it alone, okay?”
HAYWOOD: “Are you going to continue to violate the state’s orders and stay open?”
MORRIS: “This isn’t a state order, this isn’t an order, this is a conspiracy, this is a tyranny.”
When a Coach and a Quarterback call a play and the other 10 players do nothing or run some other play what would one suspect to occur?

The entire federal government considered him its mortal enemy. His own party wants to get rid of him to go back to corporatist payola.
He had no one who would work with him...on anything.
He runs the administration, an EO on policy of how it gets spent is easy.

The corona virus is not a germ. Germs are living bacteria. Microscopic in size that you can see under a regular microscope. The masks will stop bacteria and germs because they are larger. That's why masks are worn in hospitals. To stop the spread of germs and bacteria. But they will not stop viruses.
You are correct, however, that they won't stop the virus. Viruses are inert (dead) particles that are submicroscopic and can only be seen with an electron microscope. They can pass freely through the materials that masks are made of that people are wearing nowadays.
Wearing a mask to stop a virus is a fool's effort. The medical community knows this and yet the government medical "experts" tell us to wear masks to stop the spread of a dead particle so small that masks will not stop it. If masks materials were woven tight enough so as to prevent the passage of the corona virus though them, most people would not be able to breath with their masks on.
The survivability of the disease from the virus, Covid-19, is 99.8%. And we have decided to ruin the greatest economy on the face of the earth for something that very few people will die from?
Most people, including myself, have lived through previous pandemics without masks, social distancing and lockdowns before and life moved on. In 1968-69 the Hong Kong flu virus killed over 150,000 people and yet most people knew nothing about it. That was the summer of Woodstock and the attendees surely didn't wear masks and social distance themselves. But not one death from the pandemic virus. The media barely mentioned it, if at all.
The "new cases" and "covid death" numbers are being manipulated to make this pandemic seem far worse than it really is. There is money, politics and global control at stake here.
Only the people who resist the propaganda will get through this unscathed. The people who have fallen for this bullshit from the state governors will be ruined. Closing down your business until your employees' livelihoods are ruined and you have to file bankruptcy, is not a remedy for the getting rid of the virus but only the cause of the death of the economy.
The choice of which side you want to be on is yours. Choose wisely.
Excuse my rant but I need to vent every so often.

When you turn around and you watch what’s going on on Westnedge Avenue, the big department stores, the train station, the airport, side by side eating meals for four hours, then you’re going to blame me? Come on. Come on. This is not right and you guys know it. Everybody knows it. Stand up, America. Give us the money to shut this thing down and calm this virus, but don’t take it out on us [inaudible].”
HAYWOOD: “Is there anything else you want to add, sir?”
MORRIS: “That’s it, brother. I’m glad you listened to me. Thank you.”
HAYWOOD: “The entire state of Michigan just listened to you, you’re live on TV right now.”
MORRIS: “All right, I’m glad to hear that. I’m really a good guy. I’ve been married 38 years, I’ve got a wife, three kids, I got four great — let me tell you something. I got a good life and I’ve worked hard for it. I’m not giving up easily. I’m not going down alone. They want me to go down and be quiet, they never want to hear from me again, I’m not going to put up with it. It’s time to rise up. Time to rise up. Shut it all down, but don’t shut any of us down. That’s the only way to get control of a virus. And believe me, governor can say all day long that there is no such thing as surface contact. This is a virus, come on.
