On November 13, Judge Timothy Kenny dismissed a lawsuit brought by witnesses to the voter fraud at the TCF Center in Detroit, because the witnesses were “not credible.”
This statement, dismissing Dominion Whistleblower Melissa Carone for example, has been used by dishonest fact-check organizations in order to say that a Judge found their witness statements, “not credible.”
Yet now that Judge has been exposed as using COVID as a pretext to release violent criminals before they served their time.
The Detroit News broke the story, and they have not been given all the records they requested. The only time period covered so far has been from March through September 21, meaning there could be many more.
This includes alleged child molesters. And violent felons.
And it includes an alleged rapist who went on to allegedly rape while freed by Judge Kenny.

Actually, “grooming” is a predecessor to child rape. It’s the act of making abnormal advances appear innocent while preparing their victim for actual molestation. For an example, see Joe Biden’s rubbing of little girls’ nipples while standing with their families in front of cameras. “What? Nipple rubbing? That’s crazy! I would never do such a thing with so many people around!” And yet it’s right there on video — completely inappropriate touching which is obviously making the little girls very uncomfortable. It can also be viewed as “gaslighting” — making the victim feel like THEY are the one who is crazy.
There is no justice in this country anymore thanks to corrupt, political judges like this judge. They are not judges but political activists in robes.
