This is HUGE!

Pennsylvania Judge Patricia A. McCullough ruled that the Pennsylvania preliminary ELECTION CERTIFICATION injunction was PROPERLY ISSUED and should be upheld.

McCullough added this, “Additionally, petitioners appear to have established a likelihood to succeed.”

Why doesn’t any of these sensational stories from GP ever come to fruition. If GP was even close to being true, Trump would have received 100 million votes, 40 states and this election would have already been settled. Does anywhen believe GP or am I just missing out on the joke?

So no story on GP has ever been true or come to fruition. Can you give examples since this one is showing up on others and they are right?

Why do people like you think it necessary to throw cold water on any good news for Trump?

You just gave an interpretation of what I said. I’m still not sure what part you are really objecting to. Part of your interpretation is correct, part is not.

Please take a look at my previous clarification, and tell me what you disagree with.

That is NOT what I said. Kaslin is golden.

Jim Hoft should write for the National Enquirer.

It is on Red State now and Steve Bannon are reporting it as well as the Representative who brought the Case. Looks like GP scooped everyone.

Are they all wrong or do you just have a bone in your throat against Conservative sites that don’t meet your level of perfection. You sound a lot like Twitter. You just like throwing cold water on any Trump good news like a bunch of negative FReepers.

"Likelihood to succeed" is not a value judgment on the merits of the case. It's a legal term that is required in order for the case to even be considered.

You are 100% WRONG. See below legal definition.

Likelihood of success on the merits is one of the factors considered by a court in determining whether to grant a preliminary injunction to a plaintiff. Because a preliminary injunction is an extraordinary remedy, this factors is important because it establishes that the plaintiff will probably win the case anyway.

Injunction is being granted because it is seen that the plaintiff is likely to win.

This may be hard for you bray, so I will type it slowly, Jim Hoft.

All other writers are fine, especially Kaslin.

Every broken clock is right twice a day. A blind squirrel does find a nut.

Jim wrote 66 words and quoted other sources for the rest of the article. That means other sources already had the story and you are too late to the party.

In my opinion, Jim Hoft did not do squat. This story was so old that it had crust on the edges before you clicked the link. Find better sources.

I am doing more to fight this battle than the oxygen you put out in a fart. DO NOT ACCUSE ME.

I am deeper in the trenches than you will ever know, so stop your silly diatribe and focus on a Trump Victory.

I have plenty of supporters that will back my credentials. I have nothing to prove to you.

Nice namecalling, sounds like a lib.

So where were all these other sources before him. Largest story in this fight and only GP has it on FR and you have to fight some weird vendetta and crap all over the story. If that is your idea of fighting by shooting the messenger in the back, then you may want to rethink your strategy.

You are so busy fighting this battle you have time to throw cold water on people trying to find hope of beating ten Goliaths. Not a winning strategy. How about you save your bullets for the enemy.

You act like there is some sort of purity test for conservative sites to be put on FR while CNN, MSNBC and every other liberal media gets free passes. What is their accuracy rate? Fox News?

Yep, I got corrected quite a while back on the thread and acknowledge that. Thanks for the additional information.

Thanks, I just wanted to make sure everybody realizes that this is a very significant development. It is now likely that PA will flip to Trump and with developments elsewhere, I’m feeling very good about Trump’s chances to overcome this fraud designed to deny him his rightful re-election.

Yep, I am growing quietly hopeful that this unfortunate situation will resolve in a way that not only keeps the president in office, but also reinforces the absolute necessity of the rule of Law.
