Whoa...things are happening....
“Petitioners appear to have a viable claim that the mail-in ballot procedures set forth in Act 77 contravene Pa. Const. Article VII Section 14”
A Pennsylvania state court Judge has issued a preliminary injunction preventing Pennsylvania from taking any further steps to perfect its certification of the election, including but not limited to appointment of electors and transmission of necessary paperwork to the Electoral College, pending further court hearings and rulings.
read opinion ....
Am I reading this right? A judge actually refusing to give Democrats whatever they want? It’s been a long time...
p
Great news.
Great second step. It is obvious there was election fraud in Philly.
YEE HAH
Is this new, or is it the same as the articles from a couple of days ago?
This happened today!!

Oh nevermind. The articles from a couple of days ago were the stays until today’s hearing.
RELEASE THE KRAKEN!
Well, I told my wife two weeks ago that I didn’t think it was over yet.
Trump is tough and smart. His steamroller is just getting warmed up. I am so looking forward to watching Biden’s concession speech.
Think of what a gaffe-fest that will be.
God bless President Trump
And God bless the USA
Yes, it did. Just now...
There is hope. Immense pressure must be put on all of the legislatures where the vote was stolen in that state.
I think the phone numbers and emails should be put on the side of Free republic so everyone can see it and call and email. I did both today and I’m very lazy, which means our side is very motivated :-)
The phone call didn’t work out too well. Full mailbox
Petitioners allege that Article VII, section 14 of the Pennsylvania Constitution provides two exclusive mechanisms by which a qualified elector may cast his or her vote in an election: (1) by submitting his or her vote in propria persona at the polling place on election day; and (2) by submitting an absentee ballot, but only if the qualified voter satisfies the conditions precedent to meet the requirements of one of the four, limited exclusive circumstances under which absentee voting is authorized under the Pennsylvania constitution.
whether Respondents might have short-circuited the certification process to purportedly avert this Courts’ determination on the merits by declaring victories in the presidential and vice presidential elections, while leaving certification of the elections for the other offices for another time.
Oh man.
Additionally, Petitioners appear to have established a likelihood to succeed on the merits because Petitioners have asserted the Constitution does not provide a mechanism for the legislature to allow for expansion of absentee voting without a constitutional amendment. Petitioners appear to have a viable claim that the mail-in ballot procedures set forth in Act 77 contravene Pa. Const. Article VII Section 14 as the plain language of that constitutional provision is at odds with the mail-in provisions of Act 77. Since this presents an issue of law which has already been thoroughly briefed by the parties, this Court can state that Petitioners have a likelihood of success on the merits of its Pennsylvania Constitutional claim.
This is the case that Mark Levin is fired up about. The PA Supreme Court, full of Dem hacks, will overturn whatever happens in this lower court. Then it’s directly on to SCOTUS. This may be the most promising path of all in PA.
