Sidney Powell released the Kraken!
The maverick lawyer spelled out claims she had previously made at a tumultuous press conference the week before – namely that Georgia and Michigan used election machinery designed by Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez, who died in 2013, with the express wish of rigging the vote.
She alleges that China and Iran used these voting systems to influence the US election and that 96,000 votes cast for Biden in Georgia were illegally counted. ( page 10
Additionally, incontrovertible evidence Board of Elections records demonstrates that at least 96,600 absentee ballots were requested and counted but were never recorded as being returned to county election boards by the voter. Thus, at a minimum, 96,600 votes must be disregarded. (See Attached hereto, Exh. 9, R. Ramsland Aff.)

She also alleged that the Dominion software was accessed by agents representing China and Iran in order to manipulate the election.

No exhibits are included in the complaint, but exhibit 7 is an analysis by “a former US Military Intelligence expert”.
HERE IS WHAT POWELL IS ASKING FOR WITH HER LAWSUIT:
For these reasons, Plaintiff asks this Court to enter a judgment in their favor and provide the following emergency relief: 1. An order directing Governor Kemp, Secretary Raffensperger and the Georgia State Board of Elections to de-certify the election results; 2. An order enjoining Governor Kemp from transmitting the currently certified election results to the Electoral College; 3. An order requiring Governor Kemp to transmit certified election results that state that President Donald Trump is the winner of the election;

4. An immediate order to impound all the voting machines and software in Georgia for expert inspection by the Plaintiffs. 5. An order that no votes received or tabulated by machines that were not certified as required by federal and state law be counted. 6. A declaratory judgment declaring that Georgia Secretary of State Rule 183-1-14-0.9-.15 violates the Electors and Elections Clause, U.S. CONST. art. I, § 4; 7. A declaratory judgment declaring that Georgia’s failed system of signature verification violates the Electors and Elections Clause by working a de facto abolition of the signature verification requirement; 8. A declaratory judgment declaring that current certified election results violates the Due Process Clause, U.S. CONST. Amend. XIV; 9. A declaratory judgment declaring that mail-in and absentee ballot fraud must be remedied with a Full Manual Recount or statistically valid sampling that properly verifies the signatures on absentee ballot envelopes and that invalidates the certified results if the recount or sampling analysis shows a sufficient number of ineligible absentee ballots were counted;

10. An emergency declaratory judgment that voting machines be Seized and Impounded immediately for a forensic audit—by plaintiffs’ expects; 11. A declaratory judgment declaring absentee ballot fraud occurred in violation of Constitutional rights, Election laws and under state law; 12. A permanent injunction prohibiting the Governor and Secretary of State from transmitting the currently certified results to the Electoral College based on the overwhelming evidence of election tampering; 13. Immediate production of 36 hours of security camera recording of all rooms used in the voting process at State Farm Arena in Fulton County, GA from 12:00am to 3:00am until 6:00pm on November 3. 14. Plaintiffs further request the Court grant such other relief as is just and proper, including but not limited to, the costs of this action and their reasonable attorney fees and expenses pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1988.
Powell’s team must have solid evidence and I don’t think this huge lawsuit would be presented if they didn’t.
Oh, the MSM-Pravda will cover any USSC activity, but only to the extent of bitching that Trump had packed the court right before the election because he knew that Biden would win by a landslide, and that any ruling that favors Trump should be considered null and void.

That goes nowhere without hard forensic evidence.
Actually, it is possible that SOB may be a Canadian. I sure hope not. My understanding is that the HO of Dominion Voting Systems is located in Toronto. The company was founded by, and run by a couple of Venezuelan refugees who moved to Kanadahar and got citizenship, something more than likely under True-dope.
As an aside, I was wondering how such a company had the name ‘Dominion’, if it was an American. I know that at least one State is a ‘Commonwealth’ but I had not heard of one being a ‘Dominion’. Canada’s old official name was the ‘Dominion of Canada’. It now made sense that this company would have a Toronto HO. FWIW, several of the senior people donated the maximum they could to True-dope’s election campaign. Not surprising in the least!
That would be the smoking gun. Election workers on surveillance videotape uploading votes into the machinery after observers and other workers were told to leave the building because of an alleged water leak. They were at it from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. according to the Sidney filing. I would think if it can be proven that the big vote spike for Biden occurred during those hours, the case would be closed. Nobody could deny what happened.
Similar reports from other states would clearly demonstrate that this was no accidental, random event but an orchestrated effort to steal the election. Start arresting some low hanging fruit in this and get them to squeal. Threaten them with jail time for federal crimes. Surely this can be done.
Concessions are not even legally required, nor are they in the constitution of the united states. Just a polite formality, nothing more, nothing less.
I think the dems took this election by their old true and tried trick of ballot box stuffing, that is why they were pushing mail in ballots on everybody. I remember going to the fair last year, 2019, and the dems had their loser booth all set up and and they were trying to register people to vote and register to vote absentee. They know these new voters will likely never show up to the polls and just as likely never return their ballots. So they can use this list to print up new ballots in their names, pre filled out with democrat candidates selected and send them in.
If Iran or China is involved it is going to take more then a week that prove that case, that is a 3 plus years of investigations, and will need DOJ/FBI support and possibly military.

I agree. Once some of the poll counters that took a couple of grand to do this find out they are about to catch 10-20 years in the pokey and they will tell who paid them and everything they know. If this video exists then GA is flipped. Others will follow.
They and the patriots who gave their names and signed affidavits to testify for the United States and the American People shall be revered as are the men to walked directly into machine gun fire on the beaches of Normandy to save America and the world. Though their sacrifice be not as extortionate nor the courage required as enormous, their love of truth, country, liberty, and their fellow humans elevates them all to greatness.
