My simple advice is it’s your every day routines - what you do with your body , and what you put in your body - on a daily monthly yearly basis - that are going to make up the majority of your health or non-health
And again , if you doubt me - why is it only Democrats , left-wing Democrats , that really push hard for mandatory vaccines - answer me that?

Our great our wonderful our incredibly brilliant president completely totally ran with the plan , formed warp speed- how are these brilliant companies bypass the federal government and develop these new vaccines In record time ( that whatever a lot of people are going to want )
and completely totally utterly took this issue away from the Democratic Party

I’ve never taken a flu shot; I’m damn sure not starting with this rush-job. Not about to have someone shove sticks up my nose, either.
If Americans surrender liberty for safety, they deserve neither. Heck, they never even canceled the World Series during the Spanish Flu.

I have a neighbor who has a wedding/DJ business—not looking good for his business, has lost money this year. Fortunately, he is near retirement and his wife has some income.
I have a friend who is fighting for her life in ICU (not looking good). Been there 3 weeks. She may be 60, but not much older, and I don’t know of co-morbidities—The flu does not do that to most relatively healthy 60 year-olds. Many weird and some lasting side effects.
Whole issue has been politicized by both the left and right...A real conundrum.
I’m praying daily for my neighbor and others who have lost businesses and my friend/her family as they may lose her.
What bugs me is that no one that developed this virus is being held accountable :(
The vaccine should be tested on politicians first. If they survive, the vaccine is safe. If they don’t, then the country is safe.

I am NOT an anti-vaxxer.
But after what happened in ‘76 (my husband had a classmate who was paralyzed by it), I’m NOT using any rush-job vaccine for a MINOR illness.
Maybe if it was TB, or for SARS (11% death), or MERS (35% death), yes, but for this?

We are being told to enjoy the holidays in solitude. They spend theirs with family. We are being told to avoid gatherings. They attend weddings without masks.
And now they're about to demand we take an unproven vaccine to protect ourselves against a strain of the flu that has a 99.94% recovery rate?
Pardon me if I can't help but conclude this is all kabuki theater.

I got my first flu shot because I had surgery scheduled at the height of flu season and didn’t want to have to reschedule or have the flu when recovering.
I got a couple more shots in the years after because they were free at work and I didn’t want to contend with the flu in terms of not feeling great and having to use up sick days.
I probably should have gotten flu shots in the last few years due to having an elderly father who might need my help and having the flu would be an inconvenience.
But somewhere along the line I stopped trusting the flu shot and would rather take my chances. I’m not sure I have ever had the flu, bad colds yes.
I feel the same way about the dread virus ‘rona.

She discovered that vaccines and the blood supply were contaminated with animal retrovirus. When she was told to destroy her data and be silent.(Fauci was part of this) she refused and presented at a scientific convention. Afterwards, they jailed her on no charges and subsequently destroyed her 30 year scientific career.
The take away is that the retrovirus contamination is connected as the causative agent to all manner of serious human illness.
All from vaccines that they tell us are safe.
Yet, they have had to set up a special vaccine court just to deal with the number of claims. ITs reported that it has paid out over $4 billion.
I won’t take even a tetnus shot much less something that was concocted in a mear few months.
BTW, the $4 billion was paid out by US, American taxpayers not the vaccine makers as they have no legal liability for any vaccine injury. Which may not manifest itself until years or decades later as auto-immune disease, cancer or Cronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia does.
Fauci should be charged with Crimes Against Humanity.
