The AG has NO SAY over a court ruling also the legislators also have to certify SND send the electors Biden is NOT certified!!!

The final step is that the electors must meet in their respective state capitals on December 14th and complete the Certificates of Vote. The state legislature may be able to stop that from happening as a last resort with the wrong people, but it doesn’t prevent the governor from sending in a differt slate of electors to Congress somehow. Then it gets interesting.
