path 1, PA legislature asserts control, sends pro trump reps to EC. issue— requires all republican state legislators and iirc a few democrat legislators explicit support to proceed. all who proceed are taking a political chance since trump is being vilified in the MSM as evil
path 2, PA does whatever but USSC asserts control under denial of equal protection of civil rights, 42USC1983, disquaifies PA electors and (maybe) throws election to the US House of Reps. good news, Alito seems favorably disposed.
path 3, Trump prevails in WI, MI, GA— PA not needed for EC win.

The final step is that the electors must meet in their respective state capitals on December 14th and complete the Certificates of Vote. The state legislature may be able to stop that from happening as a last resort with the wrong people, but it doesn’t prevent the governor from sending in a differt slate of electors to Congress somehow. Then it gets interesting.

And that’s what I’m telling you, the PA Senate (legislature) had a hearing today, and it did not appear they plan on approving the certification, which is their Constitutional right, and duty in light of the apparently fraudulent results.

Sorry, I don’t know who “Dr. Franklin” is, but according to this, which was posted on multiple threads today, there is a judge in Pennsylvania who is denying the vote certification.

This is why I say that I don’t discount Sidney Powell’s supposed evidence..if she ever files it..because
Someone might take a stand. It will be incredibly messy. I dont see it happening without an earthshattering PROVEN piece of info..but
it’s not totally over yet.
And it is also why this BS of waiting around to file needs to stop. THere is a hearing on Friday. Whatever Sidney has she needs to get it out there.

Lou Dobbs’ interview was hardly the only thing spawned by the pardon from the President. I’m sure her entire world was pretty much blown up by the announcement.
More importantly, do you not think there were any legal documents involved? She’s just supposed to blow off direct contact from the legal offices of the President of the United States? Do they not deserve to determine what they think is more important?
That’s what I mean, ridiculous comments like that.
