As of yesterday evening there were four Albertson's Supermarkets closed in the state and five Walmart Supercenters closed in New Mexico. There are another 276 businesses on the NMED watch list*. Those that are still open are limited to 75 persons per store or 25% capacity, whichever is less (75 people only in a big box store with many thousands of square feet will definitely ensure social distancing except around the toilet paper shelves and at checkout.)

Communism and people forced to stand in long lines go together.
Just in time for Thanksgiving. Discussed this morning with others from NM, one had to opt for a ham from a local small grocery as he was unwilling to stand in line for hours at Costco for a preferred meal.
Yes but it is outside so entirely safe. /s
Who needs photos, when you can live it. I stood about 25 minutes in a line outside Smith’s yesterday.
Welcome to the democrat run paradise of the USSA.
Our future across the country if Harris/Biden get inaugurated.
Prep now.
People are preparing for impending doom if Biden wins.
These people just need to riot! Go in to those stores, destroy, steal, etc.
That’s what the left has approved of, as acceptable behaviour, right? Just smash and grab whatever it is you want....no repercussions, right?
NM (and OTHER lib states) are sure learning the hard way, what the *benefits* are, of electing these libtard tyrants are.
I guess these NM folks can drive (a few hours) to TX, to get groceries.
Oh wait....I think there are restrictions, in NM, that say you must quarantine, for what....14 days?....if you leave/return the state.
Are there protests happening, in front of this Gov’s home, 24/7?? This is just insane.
Grocery/big box stores weren’t infectious back in Mar-June, but, suddenly are, now?
Again....insane.
Who are you going to believe, Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham’s office or your lying eyes. If they say there are no lines, there are no lines. Comrade, do not allow yourself to be misled by Republican talking points and highly edited “photos”.
We were all mostly compliant with the first shutdowns, not understanding much about the virus, but nowadays, why are all these businesses so willing to comply with your Ding Dong governor’s orders???
I just left Wal-Mart, crowded inside only. No lines waiting to get in.
I suppose that technically, that's right. Nobody is holding a gun to anyone's head and forcing them to stand there.
Heck they can just go hungry or without food instead. That's always an option.
Welcome to World Communism New Mexico.
I won’t say that you deserve it, because you don’t, but this is what you get for voting Democrat for decades. People need to start thinking for themselves, all people.
My home state needs to wake up, especially northern New Mexico.
When we had limits by number in stores, there were lines at all of them - even Home Depot. When it was just masks and social distancing, no lines at all. The numbers are extremely low for the capacity of those stores.
Does NM not have curbside pick up or delivery?
“The state is not forcing anyone to stand in a crowded line, as you suggest.”
LIARS! I wish I had taken some
pics. I reside in Roswell, NM.
There were loooong lines at our
Albertsons and Wal-Mart grocery
stores. Ended up shopping at our
local Farmer’s Market...very
crowded as people were panic
buying. Shelves once again,
empty of peanut butter and TP.
This edict should be read as :"Arbitrary and Capricious",and not based on science;
therefore is is a violation of Civil Rights as identified in the Constitution under 'Rights of Assembly'.
This is not a lawful order, ..except by compliant serfs and slaves, which is what the government edict proposes for those that follow this edict.
Therefore, it is not enforceable, and is not lawful, and is, in fact, unconstitutional.
