It now makes sense as to how some of the local elected officials can be reelected for decades when absolutely nobody like them or votes for them.
Great, if they only can now have some impartial international panel of cyber-security experts and renowned mathematicians back this up. Credibility is everything in both a court of law and in the court of public opinion.

Why are ratios involved at all? Why not a tabulation, precinct by precinct, of actual votes for each candidate.
Ratios can be derived from vote totals but why derive vote totals from ratios? Makes no sense to me.
Also, why are votes (or ratios ???) transferred from one precinct to another.
Without understanding those things I can’t understand the guy’s analysis.
