It’s not that I don’t believe this, it’s just that I’m not sure why hand recounts don’t find it. HAND recounts.
Because the Georgia hand recounts were simply RECOUNTING the illegal ballots together with the valid ones. There needs to first be an AUDIT before a recount. If you’re simply including the illegal ones in the recounts, you won’t be getting a different result from the original one.
The theory is Hand Recounts are not counting original ballots. Machines for In Person voting . . . where the voter touches a touchscreen . . . they print out a ballot. Voter reviews for accuracy and turns it in. (Of course it is unfolded and perfectly printed, it came from machine). The issue is that VBM ballots also pass through a machine and it has been suggested they get a newly printed ballot, too from the machine (this protects the original from repeated handling).
So . . . that’s how a hand recount could fail. Original ballots put into a machine, which prints out a copy of the ballot . . . it may be only printing out some of them.
Then when you could those printed out, by hand, it will match the number you get running those ballots that are re-fed.

I honestly believe, the stopping of the counting overnight, was for the dems to provide cover for the algorithm that was running. Trumps numbers were simply too much, and if the algorithm was running they may not have had enough ballots to cover what the algorithm recorded.
I think they were set for a normal type election, i.e. had enough fraud ballots to cover. But Trumps vote was historic, thus their algorithm was churning out a ton of Biden votes that needed to be covered in case of a recount.
The question is, did they stuff the ballot box enough to cover in every location? Maybe, but it should be found through a real audit. If they had to make thousands of ballots in a short time period, we should be able to see those. They are certainly there in the count, huge dumps for basically biden only.
