Why does it matter?
Because several states claimed that there were errors (in Biden’s favor) that were made by human input—but given the speed required to input the data this seems _very_ unlikely.
If various SOS offices are _lying_ about this that is strong evidence they are a knowing part of the details of the fraud.

You got to wonder if some of this was orchestrated on a smaller scale and then when they saw President Trump was winning big they felt they had to implemented it on a large scale and stopping the count was the point where they were assessing how to proceed.

Is the Gen. Flynn we’re all rooting for or an imposter?
Dekalb County went for Hillary by a 5-1 margin and for Obama in 2012 by almost a 4-1 margin. So 86% is not much higher than Hillary’s percentage in 2016. Of course that could just mean cheating in 2016 too.
