Commissioner will not certify results in Montgomery County, due to massive irregularities and the actions of Governor Wolf.

Believe the two people in Wayne County signed affidavits rescinding their approval of certification. What was important there was that we got video evidence of both the harassment and the Democrat head of the board there admitting up to 28% of votes cast there were faulty.

Montco is suburban Philly. There are numerous anomalies in the vote count there — and I’m guessing huge numbers of fraudulent ballots cast. Whoever this person is, he needs protection. The usual suspects will be coming after him hot.

Potentially, they could exclude the county. If enough counties are excluded, the Commonwealth itself may decline to certify.
My own county (Westmoreland) has already announced we will be five days late with the results because we want to get it accurate.

Commissioner will not certify results in Montgomery County, due to massive irregularities and the actions of Governor Wolf.I don't know whether Pennsylvania uses the Smartmatic/Soros/Dominion voting machines and software. But I just looked it up on the interwebs and in that one county alone, Sleepy Joe Basement-Biden "won" by over 134,000 votes! But Sleepy Joe is "ahead" by only 82,000 votes in Pennsylvania. Whoops! There goes Pennsylvania!

Voter turnout for Montco in the 2016 election: 77.65%
Voter turnout for Montco in the 2012 election: 74.85%
Votes for Obama in 2012: 233,356
Votes for Romney in 2012: 174,381
Votes for Clinton in 2016: 256,082
Votes for Trump in 2016: 162,731
Votes for Biden in 2020: 319,511
Votes for Trump in 2020: 185,460
So we are supposed to believe that Biden got 36% more votes than Obama in 2012 and 25% more votes than Hillary in 2016? Sorry, not buyin.

2016 Montgomery County, PA results
Clinton: 256082
Trump: 162731
2020 results
Biden: 319511
Trump: 185460
Trump improved his total by 22729 votes, a 14% betterment over 2016.
Biden bettered Clinton by 63429 vote, a 25% increase over her total. Similar sort of pattern playing out in many areas where Trump improves his performance by modest to very good numbers and rates, whereas Biden does that way far better than Hillary or even Obama (in some cases).

The local radio show reported the day after the election that they never saw so ballots ever delivered to the polling place in Montgomery.
