It is ordered that the following allotment be made of The Chief Justice and the Associate Justices of this Court among the circuits, pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, Section 42 and that such allotment be entered of record, effective November 20, 2020.

For the District of Columbia Circuit - John G. Roberts, Jr., Chief Justice

For the First Circuit - Stephen Breyer, Associate Justice (Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island)

For the Second Circuit - Sonia Sotomayor, Associate Justice (Connecticut, New York, Vermont)

For the Third Circuit - Samuel A. Alito, Jr., Associate Justice (Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virgin Island)

For the Fourth Circuit - John G. Roberts, Jr., Chief Justice (Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, West Virginia, Virginia)

So let’s say Lin Wood appeals and says an injunction should issue in GA because of the fraud ——> Justice Thomas can do thst and order GA to do a full recount and order before the case comes back.

This is a major move but most media will ignore.

Dems are trying to prepare a Color Revolution. Facts don’t matter and votes don’t matter. Get their people in the street rioting (this past year was the preparation) and they’ll take over regardless of who actually won. Make it “too painful” for us to win.

But what’s better than Trump beating Biden?

So here’s how we win.

The cases will go to the Justices over the circuits covering the states as listed above.

They’ll issue injunctions against certifying the election results until each state has done a real audit and recount as spelled out in their state law as per legislatures.

That alone will give us the wins by ballot numbers.

Then we go after the criminals to win for the next decade or two ...
