Milwaukee police have arrested the man who became the face of this summer’s Black Lives Matter marches, Frank Sensabaugh, as part of a sexual assault investigation. Sensabaugh is credited by Wisconsin media for helping organize a series of riots since late May.
Sensabaugh, 39, better known as Frank Nitty II, posted a video of police coming to his door Monday night. In the video, police tell him that a woman had made a serious allegation of sexual assault against him.
Milwaukee County Chief Deputy District Attorney Kent Lovern said he knew about the arrest, but that it hadn’t been referred to his office yet, and he didn’t expect it would be Tuesday.
The video starts with police asking Nitty to exit his residence, but he calmly declines and says he will talk from inside, until a female officer approaches and explains why they need to talk.
In the video, Sensabaugh says he’ll cooperate but needs time to get ready to surrender, then continues recording for more than 10 minutes. He finally says he needs to call his lawyer and head off to jail. He signs off his live feed after asking followers to share it.
Once he’s outside getting handcuffed, his son takes over recording. As Sensabaugh is being put into a squad car, there’s a scuffle off-camera that results in a physical encounter with a friend of Sensabaugh and a police officer.

Back in August Frank Nitty was accused of using a homophobic slur during a recent march to Washington D.C. to commemorate the anniversary of Martin Luther King’s I Have a Dream speech. Nitty responded by accusing “you gay people” of being “too sensitive” and saying he was going to block critics from his Facebook Live stream.
They are POS
Just shoot them and be done with it.
I’m sure he’ll get a personal phone call from Kamala Harris saying she’s proud of him and 2 million dollars in a GoFundMe
