I listened. It's brief but to the point. I agree with Lin that without the switching of the votes/ballots, Trump would indeed won with over 400 Electoral Votes. This is truly a travesty of epic proportions. This has to go to the Supreme Court. One thing, I hope Rudy doesn't do the arguing there for Trump. He self destructed before a Pennsylvania Court today telling the judge he heard that the mafia was in on the steal bringing ballots in. The judge asked him if he had proof and Giuliani couldn't answer. The case was rejected.

Normally, Rudy should not have brought up what he could not present. This situation is not normal. He has stated publicly he thinks elections Philadelphia are corrupt, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court is trying to tell Alito to buzz off. If the case was going to get rejected anyway, then go on to appeals, he might as well bring it up.

Excellent news. If it’s Paul Clement, he’s a man of great integrity. I worked at the NYC branch law firm for many years before retiring to florida. He was a partner at the Atlanta headquartered law firm. He was to argue for the defense of marriage act. The firm was under immense pressure from the LGBTQ’s to drop the case and the firm caved. He resigned on the spot. He’s a high caliber, high integrity attorney.
