Not to be a naysayer, but what real authority does Sidney Powell have on this issue? I like her fire, but can she actually get anything substantive done?
LOL no lawyer has authority to make legal rulings.
That is the job of judges & justices.
But the lawyer is THE person who represents the plaintiff in lawsuits and therefore is of critical importance on how the suit will proceed.
There are several Lines of Operations (LOO) that are on-going. DJT isn’t going to handle them by himself, neither will Rudy G.
It is painfully obvious that Sidney was given the Hammer and Scoreboard LOO because her client, Mike Flynn, would know all about it, how to investigate it, and therefore, bust the whole election wide open. That is coming.
Her authority comes from Trump to litigate on his behalf.

Not anything you would acknowledge, Debbie Downer. But if you really want to see her pasts results look at the ENRON case and her defense of the Merrill Lynch executive by Weisman, Mueller’s boss.
If you haven’t noticed, all of this is going to Court.
Sidney Powell is a brilliant, highly experienced lawyer; a former Assistant United States Attorney; knows how to navigate the legal system, and knows what’s required in terms of evidence. She also never gives up.
If you were ever in trouble, you’d be damn glad to have someone like Powell representing you and ferreting-out the evidence against you.
Sidney is a former prosecutor and is now Trump’s lawyer.
That is her authority.
Pay attention.
I think her role has been in digging up and exposing fraud.
