The Wisconsin Elections Commission is refusing to do a statewide recount unless President Donald Trump pays them $7.9 million upfront beforehand.
The $7.9 million is the cost estimate of the cost submitted by Wisconsin county clerks.
"We still have not received any indication that there will or will not be a recount,” said Meagan Wolfe, Wisconsin’s chief election official. “But we want Wisconsin’s voters to know we are ready.”
Breaking 911 reports that “part of that readiness includes collecting recount cost estimates from all 72 counties and assembling a statewide estimate, which must be paid before any recount can begin.”

Trump wouldn't have no problem with this as Americans would most likely kindly donate to get this done.

Get a court order or hire someone to shoot them.
Do a recount and audit. Very important to track back randomly selected ballots to find out if they are legit.

The Trump campaign should pay the $7.5 million. Then if Trump wins, the money should be refunded to the Trump campaign. After all, if the recounts shows that there was a miscount and/or voter fraud, the state should be held responsible for their mistakes.
It'll be a sham recount just like Georgia.

Don’t know that a mere “recount” would do the job.
Would take a court’s order to do something that would ensure a fair election result.
Trump puts the money up. If he is right, he sues Wisconsin for negligence.
The recounts are as fake as the vote. The same fake crap is used to do it. 7.9 million won’t even buy you a check for illegal votes.
