Unfortunately, the dates of Dec 8th for Safe Harbor and Dec 14 are from the constitution.
IF, and it’s a big if, you could get the tallies tossed you might get the state legislature to assign different electors.
But that chances of that happening are pretty slight. Well, pretty slight would seem like a sure thing compared to the actual chances of that happening.
I am being skeptical about our chances. It doesn’t mean I am happy about them.
I have friends who are convinced it was a CIA op. Personally, I think none of this matters.
The options are: prove the machines were tainted (but CUSA joint statement said it never happened, so that is most likely a dead end), find significant voter fraud (numerous cases already tossed), turn it on a technicality (Michigan lawsuit filed by 4 voters), or accept Biden as president. The country will move forward.
The MI lawsuit may have merit but the side effect may not be what we really want. Imagine what would happen in your state if over 100,000 citizens voices were cast aside on a technicality.
I expect if Biden takes it then some of the folks on the right and the left will finally have something in common. Both will have used the phrase: “He is not my president” when referring to the President of the United States.
Not sure how we fix this, but it is safe to say.... it is a mess at the moment.

Because Dominion Voting Systems is a Canadian company. And Scytl is run out of Spain. That’s right. Dominion is a foreign-owned company, which makes Dominion-based election theft a “foreign interference issue.” Scytl, by the way, is connected to George Soros and the Democrats

Now this caught my attention. Dominion is not only a Canadian company, Nanzi Pelosi’s husband, is lobbying for both Dominion and the China Communist Party!
I hope this Executive Order has some weight!
Let’s hope the Supreme Court chews on this one.

The point is that if you direct particular voters to use particular pens... those votes become IDENTIFIABLE... and thus subject to corrupt acts by elections staff.
The violation is a violation of the rights of those voters, whose votes are MADE DIFFERENTIABLE from other voters votes... thus violating their right to equal protection.
