Funny they claim âthere are no issues with sharpiesâ... because their machines âcanâ count ballots marked that way.

Thatâs not the point, of course...

The point is that if you direct particular voters to use particular pens... those votes become IDENTIFIABLE... and thus subject to corrupt acts by elections staff.

The violation is a violation of the rights of those voters, whose votes are MADE DIFFERENTIABLE from other voters votes... thus violating their right to equal protection.

You've got a "point"...
