The Lt. Governor of Georgia, Geoff Duncan, aka the Georgia Zoolander seems to think that a mere recount of ballots somehow qualifies as an audit or, as he calls it, a "risk audit." The top Republican officials in Georgia such as the Governor, Secretary of State, and Lt. Governor Zoolander seem to be doing everything they can to avoid a REAL audit of the ballots. Could it be because of their close connection to the Dominion Voting Systems?

PING!
We keep hearing about the fake Georgia “audit”, where are the real lawsuits to make a real audit happen??
Is he a REPUBLICAN???
He’s a Zoolander Republican.
Lin Wood.
he looks fluffy.
This implies he’s stupid, he’s not. He’s acting in bad faith.
Should be part of an audit, though the rest should include making sure every ballot is in the right voting machine for each district too.
Lin Wood just filed a lawsuit in district court as the plaintiff alleging GA SOS violated both 1A/equal protection and electors clauses in US Constitution. He wants all absentee ballots thrown out as SOS enacted rules (using power he does NOT have) for evaluating their legitimacy that contradict GA legislatures rules. He also talks about a (very disturbing) Litigation Settlement the SOS entered into in March 2020 with the Democratic Party/DSCC/DCCC that introduces new rules for evaluating the legitimacy of absentee ballots. Specifically, he talks about how the process for reviewing signatures on absentee ballots was provided by the Dems, without any other input. Not only is this blatantly partisan and thus undermines free and fair elections, but it is also against GA election law set forth by GA legislature, which is the only entity empowered with changing GA election law.
Not a very long lawsuit and worth a read, although I did catch a few typos (ughh):

I see that Lin is the only plaintiff.
Mechanic: You need a new Alternator. It’s gonna cost you about $500, maybe more.
Customer: I’m pretty sure my Alternator is fine. I think I need a new spark plug.
Mechanic: Oh. Right. That’s what I meant. I guess that wil be a lot less, huh?
I saw typos, too. Mostly make/making instead of mark/marking or similar mistakes.
It’s a well reasoned law suit on the face of it but unless the Ga legislature signs on to it officially, I fear it won’t go far. The SOS can claim he was acting for the Republicans in the legislature.
He can claim he was acting for God, but that doesnt change the Constitutional fact that he has zero legal power to change/thwart/violate GA election law. As a GA voter, Linn has full standing to present this lawsuit. I dont think the GA legislature needs to be involved.
I agree he has standing....just wish some Ga legislatures would file “friend of the court” briefs.
