I can make up count votes really fast

Pres Trump received 72,413,555 votes (according to Failing nyt), more votes than the number of people living in 91% of the 235 countries in the world.
I looked up these figures about past elections. Am I the only one that thinks these are odd:
2004: 121,069,054
2008: 129,440,839 (0bama’s first run)
2012: 126,849,295 (0bama lost about 3 MILLION votes, Romney had 1 MILLION more votes than McCain in 2008)
2016: 128,838,342
2020: 150,045,998 (Trump has almost 10 MILLION more votes than in 2016, Biden has 12 MILLION more than Clinton in 2016)
That’s an increase of 22 MILLION votes between 2016 and 2020. I haven’t heard any of the talking heads say anything about the unheard of increase in votes this year.
I guess I fail to see the point. By the nyt standards, biden got +77M votes. Which I seriously doubt, but that is the official count at this point.
2. When anything with a name votes (dead or alive), Democrats win.

And the senile poster-boy for weapons-grade mediocrity and government corruption supposedly got more.
And, apparently, most of that incredible -- some would say unbelievable -- enthusiasm was directed at the frail guy with dementia who barely campaigned.
22 million is an incredible number, when compared to previously elections. Where did 22 million additional voters come from?
Which is worse, to lose to fraud or win by fraud?
