Lin Wood Points to Potential Fatal Flaw in GA Voting Consent Decree
Lin Wood / GA Consent Decree ^

Posted on 11/12/2020 12:42:36 AM PST by TigerClaws

Lin Wood @LLinWood · 8h I again call upon Georgia Governor Brian Kemp @BrianKempGA to timely order special session of GA legislature to address unlawful & void 11/3 election resulting from 3/6/20 consent agreement with Democratic Party by @GaSecofState Don’t play political games with our votes, Brian.

——-

Only state legislatures can create election laws for the states according to the U. S. Constitution.

GA entered a consent decree that altered state law. This was regarding non-matching signature. Dems were rushing to “cure” ballots many days after the election.

Likely all those votes are invalid.

Or if it can’t be determine which ones then the entire thing goes to the state legislature to decide - just as it should in Pennsylvania because there the Dem run courts made up rules. Again, contrary to the U. S. Constitution.

I hope the Republicans in the Georgia State Legislature have a spine.

Wow. This is another Article I, Section 4 violation where the GA governor and SoS altered GA voting law — something only the Legislature is Constitutionally authorized to do.

SCOTUS may very well find GA like PA equally guilty of unconstitutional conduct as Alito States in his opinion. With ACB on the bench we may see a 5-4 (or 6-3) ruling to this effect compelling the GA Legislature to empanel electors based on valid ballots.

The Dem playbook will be:

1. Claim racism

2. Claim Russia did something

3. False flag blamed on Trump supporters

4. Buy off or blackmail a few RINOs

5. Purge all conservatives from YouTube twitter etc

6. Last ditch plan is to do an outright coup either with a patsy or full on

Only the State Legislature can change State voting laws.
What GOV Kemp and SOS Male Model did is unconstitutional.

Exactly. All such consent degrees or rulings by courts setting aside the election integrity laws are invalid. Only the legislature can make laws.

From PoppaBear3625 comes this jewel -

https://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/legis/li/uconsCheck.cfm?yr=2019&sessInd=0&act=77

Pennsylvania’s Act 77 of 2019 authorized mail in voting It specifies in Section 7:

“(ii) An absentee ballot cast by any absentee elector as defined in section 1301(i), (j), (k), (l), (m) and (n), an absentee ballot under section 1302(a.3) or a mail-in ballot cast by a mail-in elector shall be canvassed in accordance with this subsection if the absentee ballot or mail-in ballot is received in the office of the county board of elections no later than eight o’clock P.M. on the day of the primary or election.”

And then we have “Section 11. Sections 1, 2, 3, 3.2, 4, 5, 5.1, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 12 of this act are nonseverable. If any provision of this act or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remaining provisions or applications of this act are void. “

When the PA Supreme Court struck down the requirement of Section 7, it triggered the “nonseverability” clause.

My impression is that the US Supreme Court could rule that, when the PA Supreme Court struck down the deadline, it also struck down the authorization for mail-in ballots.

It remains to be seen as to whether the Supremes have the guts to say that.

Wow. So the win would be simple.

PA seems solid.

Still think the hacking is easier for everyone to understand and have political cover.

How soon before the Russians are blamed?

Lin Wood / GA Consent Decree
Posted on 11/12/2020 by TigerClaws

Wood says GA is playing political games with votes.
Only state legislatures can create election laws for the states according to the US Constitution.

GA tried a misbgotten CYA......entered a consent decree w/ Democrats that altered state law WRT non-matching signatures.

Later, Dems rushed to “cure” mismatched ballots days after the 2020 prez election. Likely all those votes are invalid.......patently unconstitutional.

In A-Z they force fed ballots into machines to tabulated that had been flagged as defective. 10,000 votes involved.

So there’s a plan to shit down both the internet and all cellphone access in America if the SHTF. Stock up on food.

The top traitors are already trying to cut deals. Mid level people will be the fall guys. Trump may let a few walk just to avoid civil war and loss of national reputation but the rot goes to the top of the Dems.
