That's a 20 point spread, which is 50% of 40.
So 50% more likely is technically accurate, but it's still a 60-40 proposition in his mind.
Some of Scott Adams' analysis is flawed in that it doesn't follow law. A judge, even the Supreme Court, cannot order a revote, as just one example of Scott's speculated 'remedies.'

From his mouth to God’s ears. If nothing else, I see this country WAKING UP to the lies and misinformation of the media.
They have finally BROKEN this country. For years I told people the media is absolutely lying, even to the point of splicing the videos and audio you are seeing and hearing to give you a false narrative. (NBC does this all the time)
Now even conservative (in the point of traditional) people are believing me. When they saw Fox not calling states, and calling things for Biden when I was telling them Guiliani’s press conference was on, even low-info Republican voters were shocked. They remember Bush/Gore and how the media cheerled the results, and see how Trump is getting railroaded.
It's interesting that four of the nine justices in the Bush v. Gore case proposed that exact course of action.

I watched the whole thing. Basically he thinks they will find ample evidence of systematic voter fraud - messing around with the computers doing the counting. He claims there are “A-team” computer people looking into this and that they have already come up with much evidence of vote manipulation....
We listen to Scott every morning on periscope or youtube or locals. It does take time as he jumps from topic to topic. But; he does a good job of explaining the persuasion tactics of both sides. He is also fair and criticizes Trump when he believes Trump deserves it, but he is a Trump supporter politically
In summary of this topic, Scott has been running a personal evaluation of Trumps chances to win, and at this time he still maintains a slight chance to over take Biden in the courts. (He is not a lawyer, this is based on other internet posters whom Scott trusts). His estimates are interesting because he is willing to put odds on them. But for months, the odds of a Trump win were well over 100%. Of course, beating a cheater is tricky, because you have to guess how many votes you need Likewise, the Dems needed to guess how well Trump would do. It seems that the software updates to the counting software was the best ploy when you might need to up your game in the middle of the vote.
Scott once again does an excellent job. Gives Trump a 60% chance of winning.

No, they did not. The dissent in Bush v. Gore argued for continued recounting, not a new election.
