Whenever folks quote numbers, there always need to be context. So with a statement like “Democrats manufactured 450,000 votes in battleground states that miraculously ONLY have a vote for Joe Biden”, this sure sounds weird to say the least. But for it to have meaning, how many comparable ballots (in the same states) only had votes for PDJT?”

it’s a whole lot bigger than that, trust me. But we all know they’ll try to bury it.

I’m curious if these single vote ballots all come from a single congressional district in each state?

Problem is, how do you prove they are not valid. Almost impossible.

OK being from Mass I can hear the Dems saying “That’s not proof”, so my question is what was the highest single candidate count in previous elections ? The number here seems very high.

If true, the entire election is invalidated resulting in a contingent election in the house...

And just what is 'hard evidence?'

We are not likely to get confessions or find the "smoking laptop" that hacked voting machines.

The federal government uses statistics all the time to sue in court successfully. These challenges by the Trump campaign are not (yet) criminal cases. The "Beyond a Shadow of a Doubt" standard does not apply.

There’s probably some cold sweat breaking out among the criminals in WI, MI, PA and NV that Trump won’t give up and may prevail, in which case he will have four years to bring their butts to justice.

Title 10 USC - The Insurrection Act...
Ҥ253. Interference with State and Federal law
The President, by using the militia or the armed forces, or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy, if it—

(1) so hinders the execution of the laws of that State, and of the United States within the State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection; or

(2) opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws.

In any situation covered by clause (1), the State shall be considered to have denied the equal protection of the laws secured by the Constitution.”

A concerted, large-scale effort to steal a national election clearly deprives the people who voted of a right secured by the Constitution and by law. States and local governments have clearly failed or refused to protect that right. There are numerous locations in several states that now have documents which is evidence and people who can provide testimony in court to bring the perpetrators to justice - but this evidence and these witnesses need to be preserved and protected. The in depth recount and examination of hundreds of thousands of ballots will need large numbers of people [other than those who did the original counting, as they are possible subjects/witnesses].......The Insurrection Act fits, it will allow us to avail ourselves of the assets necessary [military personnel and vehicles] to preserve, process and protect the evidence and witnesses from further tampering or destruction (already occuring) and will raise the level of possible punishment of those found guilty of attempting to overthrow our government. The Insurrection Act should be invoked to further the prosecutions and punishments that are necessary. Would appreciate reasoned arguments. God Save the Republic.

Any reasonable person would agree that the cost of having another election would be tiny in comparison to the cost of allowing a fraudulent election to stand. The former can be measured in dollars, the latter incalculable in terms of damage.
