I think it’s unlikely. If President Trump had a Perry Mason moment up his sleeve he would have used it earlier. Every day the networks, politicians, world leaders, etc. acknowledge Biden as president-elect, hardens the public’s perception that Biden is president-elect.
There’s no reason to wait for something like that, and every reason for President Trump to make it public immediately when the vote totals started creeping up for Biden.
‘Fraid not- Trump, a known germophobe, was tricked by people who studied him and knew that about him into overreacting to Covid19, and they did it in the hope of creating a “Katrina moment” for him that they could bash him with, as they did to W Bush before him. He just didn’t react quite the way they thought he would- he didn’t go dictator like a Democrat would and tread all over the states and local governments, making it easy for them to claim he created a fascist dictatorship. Instead he governed like a constitutional president should.

Quite possible. He certainly didn't get to where he is (at any stage of his life) by being unintelligent, unprepared, short-sighted, or naive.
I don't think it would be in his nature to foresee the massive fraud that he foresaw months ago (and spoke about publicly), but NOT to immediately begin making plans to combat it.

Well, I don’t think that PDJT is surprised at all by what’s happened. He certainly campaigned hard enough with the idea of trying to outrun the baked in fraud count but I have no doubt that he has already thought this through.
Have to admit, I like the idea of a ‘Perry Mason’ moment.... that would be one for the ages and have to go down as one of the most entertaining moments of all time. Just in case it really is out there, shhhhhhhh.... let’s not be broadcasting it.
