What happens in Vegas may not stay in Vegas: Why the Nevada challenge could be important to the presidential election

...The Republicans are claiming that this is just the first set of identified voters with alleged ineligibility. Conversely, Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak, a Democrat, issued a statement arguing the state was “widely recognized as being a leader in election administration,” and that he had “the utmost confidence in the abilities of Nevada’s local election officials and Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske to accurately count every eligible vote cast in the Silver State.” We have no basis to rule in or rule out either claim.

I have repeatedly stated that we must not make assumptions on either side. My concern is that it is not clear how a court could review these ballots in Clark County if it agrees that there appears to be systemic problems. If the court believes that thousands votes illegally, that lack of a record could prove the undoing of the state officials. At some point, the burden can shift and courts demand proof that a problem was not systemic. If they cannot, the question will be raised whether the same vulnerability existed in other states like Pennsylvania, Michigan, or Georgia. A court could be presented with a decision of when the unknowable becomes the unacceptable. If the court believes that thousands of unlawful votes were cases and the ultimate number impossible to confirm, the only certain way to address a systemic failure would be a special election – a prospect that few judges would relish and even fewer would seriously consider....

So I understand this case was thrown out. Haven’t found the ruling yet.

We need a do over eliminating ALL bogus votes/ballots (at least in MI,WI,PA,GA,NC and AZ) and that is not happening. It seems GA will just recount the fraudulent first count making a recount utterly pointless.

The word “systemic” has been thrown around a lot this year. Well here we have systemic vote fraud. It’s been around for decades and must finally been addressed. And addressed now, because Trump is the only person with the fortitude to take it on.

It was thrown out, for “lack of evidence.”
Biased judge.

Right now, the Trump campaign has over 90 eyewitnesses ready to testify under oath about election fraud in two different states.

PA has apparently defied an existing Supreme Court Order about segregating late ballots. See, PA state law allows ONLY ballots received by 8PM to be counted. The PA Supreme Court changed the law unilaterally, and the US Supreme Court deadlocked on *hearing* the case.

But that one’s a slam dunk. The verbatim language of the Constitution (and I think there is Supreme Court Precedent) forbids judges from modifying election law.

The State Legislatures of both PA and MI are looking at examining the votes in their state for fraud (MI had electronic software used in 37 counties; one county is KNOWN to have switched Biden and Trump votes).

There have been over 3,000 voters referred to the DOJ (Federal Felony) by Nevada for having voted there after leaving the state.

In Wisconsin, there are almost 100,000 Biden mail-in votes which show NO vote for the US Senate (or I think any downvote races).

In Detroit, over 1000 people over the age of 100 voted by mail-in ballots.

That’s just off the top of my head, and I haven’t dug into any of the statements of Guiliani.

Wanna keep going?

So, in Nevada they used a database for signatures which was for another purpose and lacked the resolution to be properly used.

Sisolak is a liar. He is a product of Dirty Harry Reid.

i thought it is not necessary to present evidence in the initial filing (the complaint)— only to make the allegations, state the injury and the remedy. evidence is presented during the discovery phase.

what am i missing?

As the Dems cried when they “accused” George H.W.Bush of flying to Paris in an SR-71 Blackbird to meet with the Ayatollah to hold the hostages back, to make Carter look bad...

“...without evidence” btw...

it was

THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE CHARGE.

OF COURSE there’s no evidence, THAT’S WHY THEY HAD TO INVESTIGATE!
