Neither Trump nor Biden have reached enough electoral votes to be elected president. Several states — Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Georgia — have not been called.
In Pennsylvania, Trump’s lead had been trimmed down to less than 20,000 votes as Philadelphia continued to count their tallies.
The president said, “we can’t allow anyone to silence our voters and manufacture results.”
He insisted during a White House speech that “if you count the legal votes, I easily win.”
Several US news networks stopped broadcasting the president’s address after he shared the claims of fraud in states where Mr. Biden is eating into his lead.
ABC, NBC, MSNBC, CBS, and USA Today were among the broadcasters who cut away from the event before it finished.
This morning a video of alleged voter fraud in Pennsylvania surfaced but it was quickly removed from every social network, but luckily we have saved the video.
The video was allegedly from Delaware County in Pennsylvania.

The laws are different state by state.
In some states, it is illegal to transfer the information from a submitted ballot to a new ballot. It doesn’t matter what the reason is. No exceptions. If a ballot won’t go through the machine, it is hand tallied. There is no reason to create a new ballot.
But in some states when a ballot cannot run through the machine (maybe they used check marks instead of bubbling in, for example), the election worker – with another witness, fill in a fresh ballot correctly copying the voters’ original choices so it can go through the machine and be counted.
After investigating we found out that that PA allows the transposing of info from one ballot to another. The best thing to do is research whether the other contested states do, our team is working on that right now.
When an absentee ballot is unreadable for whatever reason, a ballot counter takes out a blank ballot, lays it on the table next to the unreadable ballot, and transposes the vote so it can be filed and tallied.
This is what we found out:
Ballots that the scanner will reject must be either duplicated or enhanced so that they can go through the scanner and be counted. Following are the types of situations where ballots must be duplicated:
Ballots voted on regular paper (generally these are 60-day ballots) Ballots that are torn across the timing marks (black dashes along edge of ballot) Ballots defaced with spills or punctures Ballots where voter has made a correction that shows clearly how the voter intended to vote, but it is impossible for the scanner to read it
Procedures — Two People Work as a Team
Sort ballots to be duplicated by precinct number. Pull blank ballots to match the number of ballots to be duplicated within each precinct. Tear off voter receipt at top of ballot as needed. Assign a serial number to use on the damaged and blank ballots. The format of the number is a combination of type of ballot, precinct number and sequential number, VBM 1-X. Example: VBM-1001-1, VBM-1001-2, etc. FED — outside the United States indefinitely (federal offices only) OSM — outside the United States temporarily or in the military POL — polling place or provisional ballot VBM — vote-by-mail or “all mail” precinct Write the serial number, in red ink, in the upper right corner of both the damaged and blank ballot. Stamp VOID on the damaged ballot. Stamp DUPLICATE on the blank ballot. One team member reads from the damaged ballot while the other team member marks the blank ballot. Fill out the duplication log sheet for each ballot being duplicated and check the reason for the duplication. Both team members initial the voided and the duplicated ballot. Store the VOIDED ballots boxes marked as follows: VOID DAMAGED BALLOTS, type of ballot (VBM, POLLS, etc.), and the name and date of the election. Number the boxes 1 of 2, 2 of 2, etc. as needed. Store DUPLICATE ballots, rubber-banded together in precinct order, in boxes that correspond to the boxes of voided ballots and mark in center of box, no more than 4″ wide, as follows: DUPLICATES TO BE COUNTED, type of ballot (VBM, POLLS, etc.),date of the election and precinct range. Number the boxes 1 of X, 2 of X, etc. as needed.
Count the duplicate ballots together by type of ballot (VBM, POLL, etc.). Mark box of counted duplicated ballots as follows: COUNTED DUPLICATE BALLOTS, type of ballot, batch number, and date of election.
Store voided ballots in ballot room in case they have to be matched up with the duplicated ballots during a recount after the election.
Now many people alleged that the ballots are being backdated and if that happens to be true that’s illegal.

An easy way to cheat is to run batches of predominately pro-Biden ballots through twice.
Sounds like obstruction of justice.
Does the repaired ballot require bipartisan observer sign-off?
That is the big issue. Duplicating a ballot so that the ballot can be scanned by a machine is a step taken by some states. Others just hand count the ballots that are unreadable by the machine scanners.
The first approach provides more chances for error or fraud.
The statement in the PA manual that the election clerks can correct a ballot where the marking requires human interpretation to determine which candidate was selected is exactly the kind of thing that requires party observers to be present and able to record, monitor, and challenge the action.
Doing the copying without direct observation by observers from both parties is a very poor election procedure.
After all, wouldn't anyone be suspicious if you saw somebody hiding something to avoid its detection? Isn't that the kind of thing that provides probable cause for police searches on a daily basis?
